Location location location. Had to change rooms as one of the rooms smelt like someone had just smoked in it. Staff changed rooms for me without question and even followed up with how the new room was after the switch. Lovely place.

Not the hotels fault but the previous guest probably smoked in the room as it had a small window.

Staff very process driven. Was raining when we arrived at the property and the option to rent an umbrella was not even offered to us and we were unaware this was even an option. No flexibility on checking in early. Walls were very thin and could hear anyone in the next rooms and hallway

The bed was cleaned up, but the towels didn’t be changed to new one.

The garbage pick up is directly outside of the main entry. It gave a bad impression but didn’t effect our stay. Watching the garbage pick up was interesting.

The location of the hotel 100 yards to beach, the breakfast was amazing plenty of choice.

The lift was to small and narrow for a person in a wheelchair.

A great location close to everything. The hotel have a very friendly reception team. Our room offered a very good view towards the beach. The hotel offered very good value for money

The hotel looks a bit shabby from the outside but once you get inside it is very well maintained.

Great location. A short walk to the promenade and beach. Some good bars and restaurants also near this hotel. Friendly staff.

Charges for parking (which we knew about when we booked).

Travelling with pets can be difficult but this hotel was super friendly to our oups

hotel is in a great location, we were in a suite which said it had a city view but actually it had a gorgeous sea view from the balcony. staff were lovely, good breakfast and had parking. complimentary soft drinks in reception during the day and reception had a lovely smell.

Check in was a bit slow but not a problem we were in no hurry.

Bed very comfortable. Room well equipped - complementary water, biscuits, toiletries. We were pleased that parking was available.

There was only one chair in a room for two. Would have liked another chair in the room. An English speaking news channel would have been appreciated. There was no bar in the hotel.

Spotlessly clean, great staff, good breakfast, integrated car park and a superb location. Could not have asked for more.

The problem situation that I was confronted with was the booking online. I have asked for one room for 2 adults and a teenager aged 15 and our pet. It was confirmed. When arrived to the hotel I saw that they did not have family rooms so they gave us 2 rooms instead!!
