Enjoyable stay in Cardona

Situated in the middle of Cardona with lots of bars and restaurants close by . The staff were fantastic , so helpful . Rooms were cool , quiet and clean .

The breakfast was quite nice, but there was only soft white bread option available.

The restaurant in the hotel was closed and we were not informed about that when I made the booking That would have been ok, but all other Restaurants in the neighbourhood of 30-40 km were closed as well. I came Was traveling with a 7 year old daughter as she had a movie shooting in the mountains nearby. So we had nowhere to eat apart from breakfast. We had to buy some ready to eat food and warm it up in the hotel. If you are staying in the hotel room with no kitchen, you are supposed to have dinner in the restaurant. So why accept bookings and not inform guests about lack of a vital service availability. To me it would be the same as to accept booking and when the guests arrive inform that there is no water on the bathroom.

It was ok. No real complaints, price was good, staff were helpful.

The building itself is something special. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very helpful. The location is perfect.

Very good!

It was very good to have the restaurant in the hotel. Food was delicious. Also the hotel position was very good, inside the city center.

We would have liked to have bidet in the toilet and continental breakfast could have more variety

Good place in the middle of medieval city

Location, personnel was nice.

We wanted a double bed and we’re instead given two joint individual beds.

Great hotel on a Beautiful Village!

Great location and beautiful building! Staff was very nice but the lady from the breakfast was the best! Super confortable room and bed. Only down was that the rain shower was not working and the rooms should have a mini fridge. Great stay!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We would have liked more variety in the dinner menu but that's because during these Covid times we had to eat in the hotel.

Will repeat

Location and silence. Comfortable bed. Nice homely atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Food in the restaurant was a bit dry (we had fish). It was tasty but had obviously been cooked previously and heated up once or twice. The overall atmosphere was very nice though. I would improve the services by adding tea making facilities (kettle) in the room.
