The only negative I would say is it’s distance from downtown (not a walking distance ) but there is both bus and metro nearby

Modern Building

The pool water was cold. I booked this hotel to swim after we come back from the city but it wasn’t possible.they close it at 19:00 o’clock. I booked this hotel to drink my tee and coffee at my room but they didn’t put any water for daily coffee . I had to ask for water every day. The tap water taste like chlorine,also for shower. Too far from City center. The corners of tiles weren’t clean. Beside the window under the curtain was dusty. There was no nice view from that high building.

Beautiful Room and the Spa was excellent. Room service was great too.

Room was lovely however it did feel that it had been a clean room which was sat there for a few days to a week perhaps as I noticed some dust settling. Also I had to change rooms to get one with a twin bed- however I was not told that the twin beds would still be side by side together. We were also disheartened at the fact that my friend and I were not allowed to go down to the spa pool in our Swimsuit covered up with our Robes (the ones which were given to us in the room). We initially were told by a staff member on the phone up in our room that it was OK, but then got told off by two reception staff, so we weren't pleased about that. The first reception staff told us that we could continue but needed to be mindful for next time, and the second reception staff at the spa made us go all the way back to our room to change and bring bags down with our swimsuits and robes in them. When we made the complaint to another staff member that we were repeatedly given mixed messages, we had expected some sort of compensation (perhaps the 12 euro charge to use the spa), they said they understood and would handle it. We got no compensation in the end. We feel we were treated unfairly.

Que un hotel de esas características carezca de una simple botella de agua en la habitación, que hay tetera para calentar agua y no hay ni sobres de café ni te, no hay ni cepillo de dientes ni zapatillas, pienso que la categoría del hotel no cuadra con los servicios ya que el precio es bastante elevado.

The staff were so helpful and nice. The hotel was really nice 10 mins away from airport. Amazing hotel to stay in very futuristic style way would stay again Staff were fantastic 👍

It was nice hotel to stay for a few days it doesn’t have a lot locally around the area but close to airport was why i chose it. Would definitely recommend this hotel it was amazing inside.
