Nice and central to moterway

Room was large. Good size bathroom. Sufficient parking.

Noise of air-conditioning outside, all night, very loud. Too warm in room to leave window closed. Bed not comfortable. No restaurant in hotel, you need to drive to Durango. Really nice city but still 10 minute drive. Staff OK but not really friendly. Will not come back, even though price of room was low.

Nice bathroom. Comfy bed. The staff didn't extra charge us for our small dogs.

It was the only one option to stop for a night on our way with 2 dogs, and honestly I expected much better conditions for 180 euro. The room was just basic, with no balcony or terrace, and it was some tricks with air cond, so we had to ask staff for help. And also air cond was a little bit loud while working. Breakfast also was very basic - just toasts, jams, some cheese and ham, some pastry. And.. paper caps in the bathroom - seriously?

Convenient for Bilbao Ferry (35 min drive). Good clean rooms but decor was very sombre.

Reception not welcoming, no evening food available in hotel or locally, just offered a fast food delivery leaflet. Continental breakfast option looked meagre and declined it. Not advised that car park was almost full with La Vuelta cyclists staying there and difficult to park.

The doors creak, please put some WD40 cause I woke up our baby. Adding a fridge in the room would be a plus. The area is so so with the electric area near the hotel but for one nights it’s fine

Limited eating places locally

Large clean room and large bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed, quiet room, I had a room at the rear of the hotel. The room had large balcony. Check-in was friendly and professional.

Check out clerk (a different person to the day before) was unfriendly, uninterested and unprofessional. Very poor and didn't seem to value my custom. Personally I wouldn't stay there again because of the offhand treatment at check out, everything else was fine.

Nice place able to sit outside on a large balcony at the back ,Staff where helpful everyone was nice ,plenty of parking ,place was clean and tidy and you where able to get food ,place was quiet which suited us ,would defo stay again

Free parking outside. It is near to quite a busy road however we were given a quiet room at the back. Very large bathroom with a double shower. Large room with cupboards and a separate desk. Big full length mirror.

Walls were a bit thin and you can hear neighbours. Small television (we didn't use it). Only one long single pillow across a double bed.
