Location,location.
Rust in the bathtub, mirror in the bathroom with “black spots” all arround it, room safe located on the floor, dirty appearance in the outside, in our room; one light bulb off and an inoperable lamp, weak wifi signal. Old outdated/worn out sitting in lobby and social room, hallways carpets worn out.

Las vistas son impresionantes, la ubicación es inmejorable y es muy de agradecer la amabilidad del personal de recepción y su esfuerzo para satisfacer al cliente.
La limpieza de la habitación es mejorable (cristales de las ventanas, espejos...).

Le falta inversión y mantenimiento; por ejemplo, las fundas de almohadas eran demasiado pequeñas, no habían repuesto la percha caída del baño..

Location was fine
No bar - lack of attention - no facilities in room ie. Kettle - cups - glasses - fridge etc. If there isn’t a bar/cafe/restaurant - surely that is the least you could ask for in a “4 star” hotel

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is amazing and the room we booked had sea views. The room is fairly big
The door to the bathroom kept hitting the little toilet, it was uncomfortable.
The bed sheets were very thin, given the weather in candás they should have warmer bed sheets

poor maintenance/upkeep. freezing breakfast room in the basement. poor street lights blackout courts is.

Simple but complete room with great views over harbour and sea. Very centrally located, within walking distance of beach, free parking, restaurants and shops. All staff at reception were brilliantly friendly.
a tea/coffee maker or something at the room would be nice (as there are also no real breakfast facilities)

Nice rooms with fridge great wiev to the biscayne and the harbour
Miss laundry service and restaurant but there are coin was close to hotel and lots of nice restaurants in walking distance.
Parking on haubor is not optimal.

Wonderful location, in a building in front of the beach and in the town centre, close to restaurants and cafeterias. The building is nice and the rooms have balconies with sea views, There is a private parking lot under the hotel. The staff was fine and the wifi was good.
We had 2 rooms and in one of them linen bed was already used by other people (they had to change it),and the floor was not clean. The A/C was not working in both of the rooms. In one of the rooms the closet door was broken. We had no breakfast at the hotel because we didn't trust hygiene.
