No a/c, was too hot in the rooms Thw staff were nice enough and flexible to help us feel more comfortable, but pictures show a different reality.

the location is awsome and the breakfast (included) one of the bests ones I ever had in a hotel

Family atmosphere and quite. Very comfortable room, nice stuff, good prices at the bar, zone for kids, swimming pool. Perfect view for the mountains and good base for hiking.

As a coffee drinker I’d suggest to replace “American style” coffee for an express during breakfast.

Really great hotel - big spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Cute kids club, lovely pool with a lot of sitting spots outside, great breakfast.

Amazing setting. Very modern and comfortable but adapted to the local architecture. The members of staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and very good value. Great outdoor swimming pool area with amazing views.

Drinks at the bar quite expensive.

location is ok, they have a shuttle bus to the ski lift but waiting time can be long.

no vegetarian options for dinner in the hotel, breakfast was so so, poor coffee quality, only drip coffee, orange juice was low grade, watered down juice

Logistics from the parking of the hotel to the room Hotel needs a bit of refurbishment in the common areas Personnel of the reception not very commited (there was a heavy snow fall the day we had to return and we specifically enquired about the state of the road in the descent from Cerler to Benasque. They said everything was ok due to the snow removal machines work and we decided to start the trip. The result, no work at all from the snow removal, 40cm of snow in the road and harsh times to go down the road to Benasque despite the 4x4 vehicle we were driving)
