We really enjoyed our stay, the reception was very good and all the members of staff were really nice and friendly. We had a top floor apartment and the view of the sea and dunes were amazing from the excellent balcony at apt 11 which had table and chairs and a lounger. Added bonus as we were given bread rolls every morning we sat there enjoying our rolls and having breakfast. We were aware that the apartments were a bit dated but all the facilities worked ok; fridge, freezer oven and cooker and of course location was great!!!

The apartments do need refurbishment and the an upgrade on the beds but it wouldn't put us off staying there again

The staff are fantastic & the location is perfect. It’s within 2 minutes of the beach, restaurants & bars. The WiFi was also perfect.

everyone is always so friendly at El Paseo, Julia and everyone are so welcoming and helpful. my second time here and it won't be my last. Great apt and amazing views.

end apt , which had two great balconies , with amazing views, but I could hear lots more noise from the bars at the beach, but that's to be expected!

Nice, spacious apartment in a great location, with a sea view. Very clean and well equipped. Pool was clean and checked daily. Julia and her team were efficient, friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Very pleasant reception and showed us around the apartment and fixed the Netflix. Very near to everything you need and nice area Playa del Ingles with good beaches and lots of shops, bars, restaurants etc Apartment was good size and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Sunbeds available outside room and by the pool which was nice. Ground floor so no view but easy access to pool. Good bathroom with lovely shower.

Pool was not heated, 19/20* where as it is advertised at 25/26 - I booked for the heated pool and it was very disappointing. Apartment 13 - Fridge/Freezer was falling apart. Decor dated and in need of a refresh except bathroom which I think had been done. Fly screen was falling off the patio door, and we had a little mouse come in.....

We loved the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they were. The added extras within the room were lovely touches. Thanks to the lovely receptionist who helped make our short stay very enjoyable.

Staff attitude and support. Absolutely wonderful. cleaned twice a week and changed towels and bedding etc. location is superb right by the beach . Good size apartment. First floor with excellent views.

it’s hard to fault the apartment. would say it’s dated . However nothing major .

Everything is provided and Julia is more than happy to help with anything.

There are limited English tv channels but wasn't a problem for us as we don't watch it.

We loved it all. Instant access to the promenade. Lovely grounds. And very nice people both holidaying and working there. Showers were great.

We didn’t like leaving…

One of the best apartments along the 'paseo' — front row to Maspalomas dunes, with great views, top staff, big, clean rooms, easy parking, nice pool and sun beds, close to bars and restaurants, walk everywhere. We will definitely return — gracias!

Nothing wrong at all, but worth pointing out to anyone with disabilities or mobility issues that nearly all the hotels and apartments in Playa del Ingles are on top of a bluff area, so that means walking up/down stairs to access most places (except in the gully area). Up high delivers top views, but could be challenging for some.
