I'm was with my daughter in this holiday we enjoyed it's around the center of belgrade you can walk and discover the places also our room was comfortable the bed is very good housekeeping very good all the personal in the hotel respectful 🙂

Just one complain it's about the breakfast every day same I don't liked also my daughter doesn't liked she never taked breakfast with me she's child 8 years old and they not consider the food for child but on general is good place to stay and enjoy the moment 🙂

Είναι η τρίτη φορά που μείναμε. Εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό το προσωπικό. Ικανοποιητικό το πρωινό και η τοποθεσία σε ιδανικό για εμάς σημείο. Η αφετηρία των Λεωφορείων είναι κοντά όπως και το κέντρο μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Προσφέρει εύκολη πρόσβαση προς κάθε επίσκεψη και προορισμό.

Το μόνο αρνητικό που επισήμανα σε αυτή μας την διαμονή, είναι ότι αν και πέρασε περίπου προς το απόγευμα η καθαρότητα του δωματίου, έγιναν μόνο οι αλλαγές στις πετσέτες και τα καλαθάκια αλλά όχι ο καθαρισμός της τουαλέτας!

Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi ve lezzetliydi. Odalar Çok temizdi banyoda diş macunu ve diş fırçasına kadar her ayrıntı düşünülmüştü. . Özellikle resepsiyon görevlisi Aleksije ye çok teşekkür etmek istiyorum , bize çok yardımcı oldu. Otelin dekorasyonu çok hoştu ünlü başkanların resimleri ve metalden heykeller vardı

Belgrad otobüs terminaline sabah çok erken saatte ulaşacağım için ve bu otel terminale yürüme mesafesinde 3 dakika olduğu için bu oteli tercih ettim . öncesinde bunu mesajla detaylıca otele iletip eğer boş oda varsa erken giriş yapmak istediğimi yok ise kahvaltı saatine kadar resepsiyonun bekleme alanında oturmak istediğimi belirttim. Ancak otele gittiğimizde resepsiyonda uygun bir bekleme alanı yoktu sadece iki koltuk vardı ve biz 4 kişiydik. üst tarafta boş masa ve sandalyelerin olduğu bir salon vardı .İlk karşılaştığımız resepsiyon görevlisine rezervasyon esnasında yazdığın mesajı gösterdim, boş oda olmadığını söyledi ve bize iki boş koltuğu gösterdi ancak burada yeterli dinlenme alanı olmadığını söyleyip yukarıdaki boş masa ve sandalyelerin olduğu alanda beklemek istediğimi söylediğimde orada oturamayacağımızıı söyledi . Bu çok saçma bir davranıştı. Neyse ki bu görevli yaklaşık yarım saat sonra görevi başka bir resepsiyon görevlisine devretti Aleksije isimli resepsiyon görevlisi sayesinde kahvaltı saatine kada bu alanda r biraz dinlenme imkanı bulabildik böyle bir otelde resepsiyonda bekleme alanının olmamış olmasının büyük bir eksiklik olduğunu düşünüyorum ve bomboş bir alanda gelen misafirlerin neden oturamadığını anlayamıyorum. 2. sorun en üst katta olmamıza rağmen yoldan büyük bir araç geçtiğinde bir sarsıntı hissediyorsunuz bunu giriş katında daha çok hissediyorsunuz bu bende otelin zemini ile ilgili bir endişe yarattı ayrıca sessiz olması için tercih ettiğim 7 . katta tüm gece boyunca nedeni bilemediğim bir tak tak sesi sürdü.

Breakfast.

Room was huge, hotel was easy to find and well situated for access to the central bus station and waterfront area. Check in staff were friendly .

Breakfast was late and badly communicated which resulted in me missing breakfast before I had to catch a bus. hotel seemed to have a cold vibe to it as apposed to warming and welcoming. I dont think it is worth the £75 I paid at all and would definitely look at another option next time.

very convenient for the bus station and for walking around the city. the upgrade to a suite was very welcome.

Only the location.

Old and oudated. Like they've made transformation from business building into hotel rooms. No sound isolation, very noisy from the street below. Breakfast was very poor, like they don't make top up, and coffe they serve was bad. When one group of people left, there were no clean glasses and cups, they didn't clean the tables. Wouldn't go here again.

very welcoming staff, after a horrible experience the night before at another premises they made my visit well worth it

i was a bit confused with the breakfast/ restaurant área as it was mostly unattended but i think that was my timing rather than staff
