Beautiful hotel and pool! Very big rooms and bathrooms. Delicious breakfast on the terrace. Very, very friendly staff!! Good restaurant in-house with Moroccan specialties.

The property is comfortable and beautifully designed in a Riad style. The staff are so friendly and helpful as well as accommodating. I have had an absolute wonderful stay. The hammam is a must!

Al Fassia Aguedal is an oasis in the desert city. It is beautiful and quiet, with friendly and attentive staff.

the location would be fine if we weren’t on foot, but there wasn’t much close by to walk to. there is a small mall and a movie theater, but other than that, nothing but other hotels are within walking distance.

it was beautiful - exactly what the photos portrayed. We had a car so we needed to be able to park. Most riads don’t offer that so this was perfect. And it was quiet and relaxing. It also had a restaurant that people from everywhere come from and the food was exceptional (reviews said this and it was totally true. One other thing - the room was beyond clean. After dealing with bugs at the Ibis Hotel on my last trip I was truly ecstatic there weren’t any here. And considering the millions of flies in Morocco, we didn’t deal with any here!

The Hotel was like a tranquil oasis away from the main hustle and bustle of Marrakech

Everything was perfect - from communication before our trip and the welcome when we arrived, to the young men who carried out luggage down from our room and put it in the taxi when we left. Our room was large, the bed really comfortable and spacious and the bathroom nicely functional, with plenty of hot water, fluffy towels and toiletries. Breakfast poolside was plentiful and delicious. The hotel itself is an oasis of tranquility, with its inner courtyards and the staff friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and recommend it.

It was a marvelous stay,. There was a special touch every where in the hotel from the room to the resturant, swimming pool and more. I will certainly come back to that hotel and advice everyone who seeks a place in marakesh where they will feel balance. I look forward to go back again.

All of the staff went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible - very friendly and attentive. We went because of the the BBC food programme - and the restaurant didn't disappoint - we had a really good meal there. The pool was beautiful with plenty of shaded and sunny areas to be - surrounded by mature olive trees and gardens. When it got too hot, the interior riad was a cool peaceful area to sit.

We couldn't receive internet in our room - I think the walls were too thick - not a big problem as it worked in all the communal areas.

We loved everything about Al Fassia, but most of all the amazing staff!

This place is fabulous. It is a wonderful respite from the Marrakech Medina and many of the other sights. The pool is so nice on those scorching hot Marrakech days. The staff is delightful and always willing to help with anything you need. The place is spotlessly maintained. The wonderful and filling breakfast gets you off to a good start for the day. The hotel is located out of the central area (the Medina) of Marrakech . I walked back and forth most of the time but it is a 55 minute walk each way. Taxis are readily available and the hotel will be glad to arrange one for you. I ate every meal by the pool (3 breakfasts + 1 dinner). I had a hammam and a massage that were great and price competitive with those in the center. This will be my Marrakech “go to” in the future.

Everything was exceptional. The staff is very professional and friendly, the on site restaurant where we ate every day was great. The place itself is beautiful and the pool is a lovely place to hang out on a hot afternoon. We chose this place at the end of our Morroco trip just to relax, and this was the best choice of all. It's like an oasis! I also had the best massage of my life - and do try the hammam.

Not something I didn't like but to be aware of, the place is a bit outside of the centre, so there is nothing to immediatly go to. However its only a 5 minute taxi drive away. We specifically chose the place because of it.

We were made to feel extraordinarily welcome -- really helpful communication in advance answering all my questions, and the team went above and beyond during our stay, making us feel like family, and particularly in regards to our two-year-old. It's a peaceful, boutique hotel but he was made to feel really welcome (even when making a noise). The food is stand-out -- traditional Moroccan done to the highest level, and the garden of the restaurant is really romantic. Lovely gardens on site, both in the courtyard and outside. The pool is beautiful -- it's not heated which makes it very a very refreshing relief from the hot sun. Comfy sun loungers, too. Our room (a suite) was huge and the bathroom great too -- big bath, strong shower too. It's only a ten-minute drive from the medina, so it's really well located, too.
