Non riuscirei a trovare un difetto in questo riad. La nostra stanza (Jasmin) era al primo piano di una struttura bellissima, un'oasi di pace nel caos di Marrakech. La cosa che ci ha colpiti appena entrati nel riad, a parte il giardino interno e la cura dei dettagli architettonici, è stato il profumo di gelsomino e il cinguettare degli uccellini che trovavano anch'essi riparo nel riad. Lo staff è gentilissimo, la camera pulita e bellissima, la posizione è ottima: in 5 minuti si arriva al Souk e con una camminata di 15/20 minuti lo si attraversa tutto per arrivare alla piazza principale. Appena fuori dal vicoletto del Riad ci sono taxi se non avete voglia di camminare, enorme punto a favore perchè in Riad più inoltrati nella Medina un eventuale taxi la sera dovrebbe lasciarvi molto distante dal punto d'arrivo (le auto non possono camminare!). Il nostro riad invece poteva essere raggiunto "da dietro", e un paio di volte i piedi hanno ringraziato. La colazione era abbondante e buona, letto comodo, non saremo potuti essere più contenti. Grazie mille, se il nostro viaggio a Marrakech è stato così bello è anche merito vostro e della vostra gentilezza. Se un giorno torneremo in questa bella città non avremo dubbi su dove alloggiare!

Esperienza ottima in un Riad magnifico! Staff molto accogliente, gentile ed estremamente disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Posizione strategica per visitare tutti i principali punti di interesse in Marrakech. Ottima e abbondante anche la colazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Muy buena atención del personal. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia (la limpian todos los días). El desayuno abundante y muy bueno. La ubicación es tranquila y segura, a unos 20 minutos andando del la plaza Jamaa FNA.

I traveled solo, so I was initially skeptical about the trip. However, choosing this riad has significantly eased my worries. Hakim was kind enough to accommodate my request and change my room to a quieter one, away from the main door, as I am a light sleeper which allowed me to have a peaceful night's sleep,where external noises were minimal and the bed was soft and comfortable. During my stay, Murad went above and beyond to assist me. He not only arranged activities and showed me popular attractions, but also provided me with valuable advice and suggestions. I am truly grateful for his exceptional hospitality. I loved my time at the riad so much that I decided to stay longer. The riad provided a wonderful experience and allowed me to fully experience Moroccan traditions. One aspect that stood out to me was the generosity of Murad and Najat. When I was too tired to dine out and had a craving for Moroccan food, they kindly offered me Rafisa, a delicious traditional dish, along with watermelon for dessert, without any additional charge! Having stayed in numerous hotels before, I can confidently say that this riad will remain memorable to me. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality skills, and the room was cozy, equipped with a coffee machine, daily water bottles, and a delightful breakfast served by the poolside. I loved waking up to the sound of birds at the riad. The location was great!! close to popular attractions and the royal palace. I felt safe with police officers around, even at night, during my solo explorations.

Despite the AC not cooling as much as I would have liked, I can't really complain given that the temperature in Marrakesh reached 38°C over the past two days.

We loved our experience here. Wafa, Murat and Mohammed are the loveliest people and made our stay here extremely comfortable and we especially appreciated the extra effort they went to when it came to things like booking taxis, henna designs, local advice etc. The riad is beautiful and the rooms give a real Moroccan feel. Also very conveniently located for exploring the souks! We would definitely come back here next time!!!

Everything about the riad and the service was exceptional and no faults! Just one thing to note if booking, it was described as pre-pay but actually was pay at property :)
