The location was good.

The room was fine but it wasn't aired and smelt of damp/mildew from the bathroom.
I had to open the windows, which were promtly closed by the cleaner. The alternative is leaving the very noisy fan on.

Booked to stay while visiting Wolverhampton Racecourse, hotel was brilliant and breakfast was spot on, free parking, we had a drink by the bar in the evening, staff always on hand and are very helpful and friendly.
if you are visiting and looking for a hotel in the area i definitely wouldn’t look much further, couldn’t fault it

Anesthetically pleasing. Staff were very pleasant and helpful when needed. Check in was fast and smooth. Close to the center (10 minute taxi ride)
TV could of been more updated in terms of channels but this is me being picky.

Been here multiple times and always been happy but this time the room was cold (outside was -8) but the heating just couldn't warm the room! Shame as this place is outstanding

The friendly welcome, the grandeur of the building, impressive but not intimidating, the perfect full English, The super heated hot water!
The only thing I didn’t like about The Mount Hotel in Wolverhampton is that I didn’t come here sooner 😎

The design of the building and garden, loved Christmas decorations
Sitting by the bar it was very good did ask to put heating up. Wasn’t very helpful when booked room on booking.com. Father as a nice gift wanted to pay for my room again, but wouldn’t refund booking.com money because already took the payment, which was confusing only charged for extra add ons for the room. Was an issue sorting that out. My dad which lives in Ireland, he thought he paid for the room again nightmare trying to get sorted apparently can’t make international phone calls? so the hotel couldn’t phone my dad to check the details but I managed to sort it because I live in the UK. Only was charged for extra for the room after all that.
