Beautiful hotel,friendly staff,especially the barman,didn't get his name,but tall man off colour,very friendly,courteous and professional...lovely gentleman...very clean..pool and spa was a great way to wake you up..all in all very enjoyable weekend,we will definitely be back..

Breakfast area very cramped could be set up much better...asked for accessible room for my dad,which was beautiful and immaculately clean but a mile away from the lift which made no sense at all as his mobility isn't great

Very beautiful hotel. Large room with plenty of space. Huge bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Looked very grand from the outside when inside it was just as grand. Friendly helpful staff and great facilities.

Very long corridors to find the room, ours was miles away from the bar and dining areas. There was some rubbish just left out in the corridor just along from our room which let down the cleanliness of the place.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Aberdeenshire. The staff are great with me. Especially when I have put in request due to my allergies.

The mattresses have feathers in them. Please when they need renewed replace a few with hypoallergenic material mattresses. As I can only manage one night stay. I would love this to be the main hotel I stay in in Aberdeenshire.

Das Ambiente in dem Schloss war sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, modern und frisch renoviert, wobei unten bei der Rezeption und den Aufenthaltsräumen der alte Stil und Charme erhalten wurden. Die Betten sind sehr groß und unglaublich bequem. Kostenlose Parkplätze und gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl.

Das Schwimmbad ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Als wir schwimmend wollten wurde dort ein öffentlicher Schwimmkurs abgehalten, sodass das halbe Becken abgesperrt war und lauter Eltern um das Becken rumsaßen und zugeschaut haben. Dementsprechend war es sehr laut und wir haben das Bad schnell wieder verlassen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man bei der Rezeption darauf hingewiesen worden wäre, dann hätte man den Besuch besser timen können. Das Essen in der Bar ist recht teuer. Wir haben einen ziemlichen Schock bekommen als wir für 2 Salate, 2 Aperol und ein kleinen geteilten Nachtisch 82€ zahlen mussten!
