Hotel met my expectations: a quiet rest stop near the M6 on my way back home.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel room was very clean and spacious with a nice garden view. I really like the concept of keeping lemon water and normal throughout the day in the lobby area. Breakfast was good as usual with a wide range of options. Really happy with overall service and stay at this hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the city area. So, if you don't have your own car then you may end up paying a lot of Uber/Taxi services.

The room was very basic, compact, & it didn’t have aircon, which was a bit of an issue with temps in the high 20s

Very soft old mattress, gave me backache. Thin walls- late night parties in neighbouring rooms kept us and our children awake all night, we only got a couple of hours’ sleep which ruined the first day of our holiday as we were all so exhausted. Perhaps if the hotel didn’t offer 24 hour food, people wouldn’t be encouraged to socialise through the night.

The location to the m6 was brilliant for us and just what we wanted..

the staff, excellent attention to detail regarding food. I am a celiac and I was very impressed with their approach to allergens actually gave me a list of each food item and what it contained.

The breakfast was delicious and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. I booked my room very last minute and it was perfect when I arrived around midnight.

I have nothing that I didn’t like. Except maybe that there wasn’t a bath tub in my room but honestly with everything else, this didn’t bother me too much.
