The set out off the hotel very friendly when ordered room service

Being charged twice for some one else Room service was not good also used my card when i wasnt present to pay for someone room service wasnt happy at all Fruad that would be

It was presented so nicely and felt seasonal and special

Nothing. Even the work being done was carried out with minimal effect on all in the property

The pool was lovely, the room was clean, large and modern. Staff were friendly and decent food and prices.

Unfortunately the bar toilets were not cleaned. I feel the private function should have been made private not only for other guests but for themselves. Didn’t like the idea of walking back from the pool to collect my room keys.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, good pool and sauna.

Swimming pool was really beautiful really enjoyed my swim in there. Also, amazing hash browns during breakfast. Finally the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast choices was a little limited and parts of the breakfast such a scrambled eggs was under supplied, additionally, the pancake machine was very good if only it didn't breakdown every 1 or 2 pancakes. Also there was no coffee!

Just a short stay but everything was fine.

Room was large and very nice. Also very clean. Bathroom was great with both fixed and hand held shower heads. Breakfast was good with unlimited continental selection as well as cooked breakfast options and beverages.

I had expected housekeeping to tidy my room after the first night but they didn’t. A newspaper preference was requested but no paper was provided

Outstanding! Absolutely everything! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved how quite it was on arrival we had the whole spa to ourselves, the gym on the morning. It was so relaxing 😌 the bar staff were lovely and when asked if he had two wine glasses I could borrow to take back to my room he had no problems with it and also offered me an ice bucket to go with it. I thought it was a very thoughtful and friendly thing to do. On arrival our original room was taken so they replaced hour double room with a outstanding way out of our budget room, with patio doors that lead out to the garden, with our own tablet and chairs, in our room we had our own bath jacuzzi. It was just magic ✨ I'm thinking of becoming a member and ot being a regular thing.

the pool was really nice, the staff very kind and helpful. parking with lots of space. small terrace to drink something.

unfortunately the jacuzzi and the gym were not working.

ask for quiet room at end of corridor they gave me an interconnecting 2nd in the corridor room with a very noisy neighbour so every phone call he made late at night and at 5.30am I heard every word! his TV I heard. check out staff abrupt and bordering on rude

it’s been painted and has new carpets

the price for a room at this hotel is insane. it is, at best, a glorified travelodge. there is not a single touch of luxury in the rooms, which are very basic. plus the layout and soundproofing of the hotel is terrible: they always seems to have an event on with very loud music and people, going on into the early hours which can be heard in every room. all without warning. the breakfast is revolting. the food is tepid and congealed. the food made to order is no better: the eggs were over cooked and the avocado plainly off. for the same princely sum of £20 you could literally eat anywhere else and it would be better. The rooms weren’t particularly clean either: glasses in the room weren’t clean, and the bathroom needed a scrub. avoid

Got woke up 7 am buy a lady coming in our room she said sorry but couldn't get back to sleep then

staff were superb - food and beverage manager couldn’t have been more helpful

Room not clean Breakfast ok but ran out of food

the staff were helpful in reception and they also let me have an extra hour in the morning as I had such a bad night sleep

the mattress was dirty & so were the pillow cases the windows may aswell have been open it was that cold in there even after I turned the radiators on full! room needs abit of updating, I stayed in another room there before and it was so much better

I really enjoyed the stay definitely coming back again, felted warm and welcomed

We have family in town and great hotel for us. We have a small dog and the rooms are excellent. The hotel is fabulous Great leisure facilities
