Cheerful staff. Plenty of space. Pretty gardens. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Peaceful atmosphere.

Next to main road but our room was quiet. Hard pillows.

Lovely double aspect room with a fabulous rocking chair and matching stool! Neat bathroom, small but suited us well. Good breakfast with a decent choice. Very pleasant staff.

Traffic outside was a real issue, as it’s the main road to the coast and one of our windows was at the front. If we stay again we will ask for a quieter room. The bath towels are a bit small - but that’s not a real issue as we were only there two nights.

I slept well despite the hotel being situated on a very busy road & with a railway station right next door. I was unaware of any traffic noise in my room. Delicious cooked breakfast & staff were very helpful. I would stay again.

Nothing, really. A basic hotel, so don't expect luxury.

A really pleasant stay. The whole place was really clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere and the staff were really welcoming. A real breath of fresh air. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Ideally situated to visit all abd really well priced.

Room was small but nice and comfortable, with a TV, wardrobe and desk. It was nicer than I had expected from the photos! Bed was comfortable. Hotel was super conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from the station and Arundel was easily accessible - just a 10 minute walk into town. Wifi was good! Staff were friendly and allowed me to leave my bag a few hours before check in opened, so I could go off and explore immediately.

The heating was on very hot in the bathroom and couldn't be adjusted - I had closed the bathroom door overnight and it was very hot in the morning! The cooked Breakfast was only OK - tasty but not the greatest I've had. However the fruit and juice were nice and very welcome.

Felt the decor desperately needs a refresh and the bathroom. Didn't like having a room on a main road, but that is just a personal preference.

Breakfast was quick and well-prepared. Location was great - close to train and a short walk to the city centre. Also, a nice walking path by the river was nearby.

Nice breakfasts presented in a lovely conservatory overlooking a well kept garden.

Nothing not to like for a 2 a two star hotel it was really good.

Breakfast was enjoyable but there was a bit of rigidity around seating times that you need to plan for.

The bar area doesn’t have a lot of atmosphere, check out is a little early at 10.30am. The A27 can be a bit loud if a window is left open.
