Lovely hotel in the heart of Delft. Easy access to the towns facilities Fabulously decorated. Brilliant staff. Really enjoyed our stay

Heerlijk zachte bedden, kamers zien er zeer verzorgd uit na een recente renovatie, een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, en erg vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers. Kortom, een top hotel op loopafstand van het stadscentrum van Delft!

We komen heel graag in Delft en we hebben dit Hotel eerder ontdekt en het bevalt perfect. Bij deze keer bleek dat het hotel compleet was gerenoveerd en dat is zeer goed uitgepakt. De ontvangst aan de receptie was echt heel erg vriendelijk en snel. Binnen 5 minuten stond ik in de kamer. Wat een rustige plek zo in de stad. Parkeren kan in de parkeergarage op 300 meter. Kamer voldoet aan alles. Ruim, licht, netjes en heerlijke badkamer. Bed was echt heerlijk en we hebben enorm goed geslapen. Dit hotel is voor ons echt een aanrader en we komen hier zeker en ook heel graag weer terug. We moesten vroeg weer weg dus we hebben geen ontbijt genomen. De volgende keer blijven we zeker eten. Iedereen bedankt voor een heerlijk verblijf.

The wardrobe to the right hand side of the bed was too close and it was very easy to bang your head as you got out of bed.

This modern hotel is only about 12 years old and in good condition. Staff has been friendly and the room has met our expectations in terms of cleanliness, size and quietness. We slept well and all was good. The location is excellent, just at the edge of the inner city and our room had a beautiful far view over the city center.
For breakfast we had to book a fixed time. We found it rather expensive and inflexible and did not use it.

Very friendly staff. Nice hearing the church bells playing different melodies when you open the window at the right time:)
The pillows were very uncomfortable, unfortunately it was not possible to replace them with flatter ones.
A suggestion: please attach an instruction to the hairdryer how to handle it - I tried this and that but with no success. To my understanding pressing "ON" button should be enough but it wasn`t :)

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good location in the edge of the city centre. Rooms are clean, bathroom is modern and beds are comfortable. Great views from the higher floors.
Bar menu is now limited and doesn't change; same menu that they had 6 months ago. Pre Covid, there was a good restaurant menu. Food is tasty but variety would be good.
Rooms could do with better lighting.

According to the requirements of a four-star hotel, each rooms should provide drinking water to its guests. We did not have bottled drinking water in our room and when we asked for it we had to pay 5 euro.

Very good facilities, helpful staff, great location. We particularly liked the lovely guy who had just started on reception the day we checked in ....13th July. He was a delight!

This hotel is very centrally located. My room was very Clean and comfortable and came with a balcony. The hotel is at walking distance from the bars en restaurants. There is a public paid parking across the street.
The hotel has some parking area for touring cars and you're allowed to enter for check in, but you're not supposed to leave your car there and will have to relocate. Paid parking is across the street, walking distance. Not a big deal and clearly mentioned during your booking, it just adds another EUR18 to your stay.
