Situated right on the beach. Room was clean and spacious.
Windows were dirty so view wasn’t great. Price was expensive considering breakfast was not included. Experienced noise during the night as they put us next to a service elevator.

Very nice sea views. The junior suite is spacious with a sofa bed for a child which is really convenient. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety in cereal, hot food, pastry, and fruits. The dining room is spacious and not overcrowded.
The parking lot is limited and difficult to maneuver with a big car especially when we visited because there were water repairs in the parking area. When we were driving out to town, the security guard stopped us to tell us that the parking lot might be full when we come back so he was suggesting we ask him to preserve a spot for us and not allow others to park. The hotel needs to do something and provide enough parking for its guests.

1. View was great
1. Bathroom was not clean. The toilet glass next to the sink had scum/dirt on it.
2. I was given a room with two twin beds instead of the one I had requested. Those beds were uncomfortable to sleep on!!
3. The air-conditioner was not functioning properly and the maintenance guy had to come fix it. This was around 23:00. I was tired and had no energy to deal with someone fixing an air-conditioner in my room. Unfortunately , I had to😞

Prime location with lots of potential.
Maintenance is lacking. Two phones in the room for room service, neither is working. The one TV was unplugged, after plugged in, we realized why it was u plugged, the TV kept turning on by itself. The toilet was leaking. The amenities were half and/or previously used. Shaving kit had no razor, the dental kit had used toothpaste in.

Our 2nd room had an amazing sea view and my husband could not stop talking about the comfort of the bed.
We checked out 5 minutes after we checked in - and luckily the second time around we were given an appropriate room with a single bed.
Appreciated the complimentary water and teas.
Not enough bedding - no blankets, inner too small for the duvet cover. TV was not working; was only sorted out the following day....

Business Delux Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und sehr sauber.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption war mässig. Obwohl Gepäck-Service vorhanden war, hat uns keiner geholfen.
Beim Abendessen im Restaurant wurde uns ein Tisch zugeteilt, der noch nicht geputzt war. Die Dame die den Tisch geputzt hat, hat das nur halbherzig abgewischt - war eklig.
Wir haben Airport Shuttel bestellt für 06:30.
Als wir kamen war kein Shuttel da und man konnte uns auch nicht sagen wo der Fahrer war.
Wir haben dann ein Uber bestellt!

I phoned ahead and asked for a front sea facing room to celebrate my daughters birthday as a special treat. Despite the hotel being empty we were given a side room with an obstructed view next to the noisy service elevator

The facility. I lived in the 14 floors. The tap water flow was week. The Glassdoor of the toilet stuck with the floor.

Everything about the experience was good especially when we encountered problems with our Room, they upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost. I love the courtesy and the accountability they showed. Breakfast was exceptional and worth the word "Breakfast". Radisson Blu Hotel Port Elizabeth has really made us really happy visitors indeed. It was such a refreshing trip and it was worth it all.
Nothing much hey to complain about because we were helped very quickly when we had challenges. The staff were friendly and very assisting and made us just enjoy every moment of the stay.

The room window couldn't close properly. The bathroom sink was blocked. Because the check in was quite late, i didnt have the energy after a long drive to go complain.
