Everything was perfect. The staff were exceptional - they went out of their way, above and beyond, to make our stay comfortable. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The decor in the room and the reception/foyer/lounge area is beautiful, modern and funky and all the beds including sleeper couch (converts to 2 singles) and extra pull out bed super comfortable. The location across the road from the beach is amazing and we could even see the sea from our suite. We loved the comfortable entrance lounge area with coffee machine and cool water, and computer and on-site parking is very reasonable for Tel Aviv Thank you to Leah and the team for a wonderful stay!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was great for our family. Everyone loved the coffee bar in the lobby.

The parking was difficult to get into because, as with many parking garages, the spaces were very small. Also, the bathroom in our suite was located inside the master bedroom which meant our kids had to come into our room to go to the bathroom. That's understandable, but just a feature people should be aware of.

Compared to the pricy hotels in the area that only offer one room for so much more than I paid, I got a one bedroom suite, with a separate bedroom, a living room with a pullout couch where my son slept, a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, Electric Kettle, dishes, etc and a dining table with 2 chairs. The bedroom and living room had a television set. It's literally across the street from the beach and centrally located.

everything, the location is absolutely great, the staff is very friendly and the room was awesome. It’s very clean and well decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and it’s allowed us to cook which is nice as Tel Aviv is so expensive.

Absolutely nothing!

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Cosy lobby and free coffee to hang around. We were totally happy with our executive suite - certainly a proper place to stay for a couple of days. Well-located right next to the beach and good enough to discover the city from here.

Location is very good with many coffe shops near the Hotel. The room was very good for our familly with 2 bathrooms and I would like to thanks Mr. Dimitri at the reception very kind and helpful.

Hotel staff not informing us that most things are closed on Friday into Saturday I think as a part of customer service, they should be aware of major train stations being closed and inform guest.

We liked the spaciousness of the room. We liked the proximity of the hotel to the beach and restaurants.

There was no restaurant in the hotel.

Everything was just great. The room was tidy, very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect. On top of that, the staff was very kind, especially Hilary who was very warm and generous to us. It would definitly be our place in Tel Aviv in the future.

If they would have served breakfast it would probably be a perfect deal. But still - highly recommended!
