Excellent service

Bit of noise from the neighbours.

Staff were very nice and helpful. We booked the Superior Study and the room was a decent size with a sofa to sit on and a table to either work at or eat at, plus a small coffee table. Hotel was nice and clean, and within walking distance to a local shopping centre. Parking was not a problem. Location was great however noise factor from the premises opposites meant we could not use our balcony as it was so noisy.

If you stay here take note that the WATER IN THE ROOM IS NOT POTABLE, so you cannot drink it, and It is the first thing you read in the information book, so you are warned and they supply 2 x 600ml water bottles free each day, which is less than the average amount of water for 1 person to consume per day. This does not shout 4 stars to me. There were no USB points for charging any phones, computer or tablets, so we had to borrow a slow charger adaptor from reception it seems some of the rooms may have been updated. The shower door was placed as such that you got soaked when you tried to turn the shower on as the lever handle was behind the door and the shower was not adjustable and was placed very high. No flyscreen on the large sliding door to the patio, not that you could sit out with the very very loud music from the business opposite. Even though the staff were nice the Breakfast was passable and is $25-$30 per person. I think the 4 star rating they show must have been given some time ago.

The front staff was amazing on arrival and along with all the other staff services. The staff members were all amazing with my questions and requests.

The room was in very good order with lovely views from the upper floor with a comfortable bed.

Location, check-in/out, really spacious rooms, very comfy bed.

Some snacks available in the room would have been great. Shower door obscures the taps - have to get in to turn it on! Brrrr.
