Bij controle achteraf bleek ten onrechte 2x airport pick up à USD 50 te zijn aangerekend. Hotel reageert niet op e-mails. Never nooit meer Radisson Blu

I was staying in Radisson Cairo for about 2 days, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me they have applied "additional" charges that were about 100USD or 30% of the amount initially showed in my reservation. The hotel manager (aggressive and impatient after I had expressed my dissatisfaction) said that an email had been sent to me one day before my arrival at the hotel which informed the additional taxes and fees. I consider this overcharge unfair, even though the hotel had informed me of the additional charges, it was only one day before my arrival and I wouldn't have had enough time to make a reservation in another place to stay. The manager presented this situation as "a policy of booking.com" that they need to follow. I consider this as a scam, because charges should have been communicated and agreed with anticipation. For the hotel itself, the room was old, the bathroom smelled bad and the view was horrible. This situation really surprised me as I have visited many Radisson hotels when traveling in USA, where the quality was good and commercial politics were clear. I do not recommend this hotel. For the price I paid I would have gone to another five star accommodation.

غير نظيف بل قذر جدا الحمامات سيئة صوت المكيف مزعج و أعمال صيانة بدون إعلام النزلاء إقامتي كانت في سويت ولكن للأسف لا يرقى إلى مستوى نجمتين Not clean, but very dirty. The bathrooms are bad, the air conditioner sound is annoying, and maintenance work is done without informing the guests My stay was at a sweet hotel but unfortunately it did not live up to the 2 star standard

اذا معك اكل من خارج الفندق لازم توقع على اخلاء مسوؤلية تصرف غريب من الفندق ايضا الحمام يحتاج الى صيانة ولاتوجد سليبرات للحمام الا بالطلب ورائحة الاكل قوية بممرات الفندق جاية من مطعم الفندق بالاسفل ومنتشرة كون الغرف مطلة عليه بالمنتصف

Hôtel ultra bruyant... certaines chambres donnent directement sur la route très passante à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit avec un double vitrage qui laisse passer le bruit car certaines fenêtres ne ferment pas parfaitement... Musique à fond semblant provenir des abords de l'hôtel jusqu'à pas d'heures... Pression de l'eau ridicule au niveau de la douche (alors qu'il n'y a aucun soucis avec les robinets) Petit-déjeuner décevant... Bref, très mauvais rapport qualité-prix pour moi

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Brilliant concierge, security and breakfast staff. Beds very comfortable and pool was perfect. Bar area was lovely and served nice cocktails.

The rooms could do with a little renovation work and maintenance, particularly the bathrooms. Location is good for airport but quite far from main tourist areas of Cairo.

All the team are hepful, I would like to thank Bassem, alaa , Christine & Abdulrhman from front office. They are really helpful and friendly guys. Mariam she followed up all the accommodation with us to be sure that we get everything we need. The pool staff and gym also are very nice, I like the facilities. I loved my stay and I will come back again!

nada en concreto, adecuado al precio, justo lo que se esperaba.

Distribución de buffet del desayuno es mejorable, faltaba fruta fresca y el café es de calidad mejorable. No se preparaban las mesas con la prontitud deseable.

Der var rent og pænt som på billedern. Personalet var fantastisk især deres guest experience team med Mariam gjorde alt for at jeg havde et vellykket ophold på deres hotel. De opgraderede mit værelse og sørgede for mig! Poolen på toppen af bygningen var en dejlig oase i en travl by. Maden på hotellet var rigtig god.
