Location and environment is stunning, particularly views at breakfast. Direct beach access and the property grounds beautiful. Heated pool and gym great. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast nice.

If this were a 4* hotel I’d rate it 10/10, we had a good stay. But few details disappointed for a 5* hotel. We checked in dinner time and were told the only restaurant was fully booked, room service only option. Would’ve been good to know before the long drive - next closest restaurants 10 min drive. Service inconsistent- some staff amazing and others very average. Pizza was disappointing and another dish very small for $40+. Our room was clean and spacious but needed some maintenance. Overall good stay but expect slightly higher service for 5*.

Service sometimes lacking, maybe an overseer/supervisor of staff would have boosted the staff. We were walkers, perhaps someone with walking track knowledge and advice would have been helpful.

Room was spacious and kitchenette had a complete set of utensils! Magical experience waking up to the peaceful sound of the birds chirping and waves crashing. Beach was clean and beautiful . We were lucky to spot some whales from the property

Buffet breakfast was stunning looking but no hot water to make tea. The eggs, bacon etc were like warm and we arrived right on 7:00 am when it opened.

Breakfast, location and room were excellent. The car park was near to our room and Bunker Beach. The environment was quiet and scenic. We have enjoyed our stay.

On the night of our check in, the reception counter staff was very friendly and helpful. However, on the next morning and subsequently, the other reception counter staff were colder and not so friendly and helpful. At breakfast area, I requested for hot water to fill half of my thermal flask but I was given cold water instead.
