The pools were great. My room was very comfortable.

When sitting on the lagoon beach you can see houses on the other side of the river. Trees need to be established to block these out as it reminds you it’s just in a canal estate area.

The room was large with a balcony. bed comfortable, lots of storage space. Pools were just fabulous. golf cart to help with moving luggage. proximity to shops and restaurants

the view should have been "garden view" but it was actually of the car parking. Its also a long way from reception but golf carts used so not too bad

Lounges on the beach are horrible. Difficult/impossible to get up from and uncomfortable

The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful and accommodating - they were by far the best part of our experience at Sanctuary Cove Resort.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, the resort did not live up to its exclusive, 5 star, high-end, accommodation experience. The restaurants had only a small selection of meals and for such a high end resort, the variety was disappointing and lacked a few basic culinary options. Wrt our accommodation, the rooms were fairly basic. The mini-bar items were very expensive, which, for what we were paying for our accommodation, I would have hoped for a few more complimentary items, other than tea and coffee - E.g. bottled water, a couple of juices and/ or, soft drinks and possibly even a couple of beers, or a bottle of wine and some nibblies. The room was generally clean, but when I grabbed the rainwater, shower head, there was grime build-up (or something like that) on the top of it, that obviously hadn't been cleaned properly. Overall, we were left very underwhelmed with the whole experience. It was only the friendliness of the staff and the banter we shared with them, that saved the experience for us !!!

The staff were lovely …the gardens were poor, need a lot of planting and care… the stairs and stairwells were dirty, need a good pressure clean… the room was nice, very clean and tidy…unsure of the security from the front slider door, balcony is quite insecure …coffee was terrible…

The rooms were really lovely - clean, bright and modern. The staff were amazing, especially at breakfast and when we checked out. Would definitely come back to stay at the InterContinental. Our breakfast was included in the price and was absolutely amazing! We used to be taken by buggy to the restaurants at Sanctuary Cove and the guys dropping us off and picking us up were incredible and so friendly and helpful.

Perhaps could do with a bit of updating in certain areas. A bit understaffed in the bar area and unfortunately we would not recommend The Fireplace restaurant. Food was average the the 2 young waitresses were doing their best, but the 2 people (chefs) behind the counter where the fireplace is looked like they really didn’t want to be at work!

That there was a kangaroo.

I heard that due to the impact of Corona, many excellent staff members have quit. The service is not up to par. Overall, the staff has a bad attitude.

new beds comfortable mattress and pillow options, more than one toilet paper especially a family of 3 and staying for 3 days didn't need to keep calling to get toilet paper delivered

Was very clean and pretty location. Very thoughtful that they left a card and complimentary chocolate & wine for our celebration.

The beds were a little uncomfortable especially the pillows. I thought there may have been spares in the cupboard.
