Exceptional room and very clean-spotless.

We were given a room on the 3rd floor which was perfect as we had our son and could go to the pool - we only stayed one night but used the pool afternoon and the next morning. I liked that you could open a window and turn off the air condition. The 11am check out is great.

In the revolving doors there were sections with jewellery - it made going through the doors odd )but seriously - this is super minor and did not detract from the overall experience).

The party in the room next to our room went on until 6:30 am.

Good cereals and fruits. Maybe you could improve the quality and selection of pastries, croissants etc and juices.

The staff were good the drinks in the bar were very good.

I would have like to be told that some of the facilities were not going to be available when my booking was made as this may have changed my mind in staying.

We loved our stay at the Intercontinental Hotel. The staff were very friendly We had a lovely room too

It was our wedding anniversary, my husband happened to mention it to the concierge, we were surprised with a beautiful bottle of bubbles and a delicious platter of sweet treats and bottled water. Pretty fabulous.

Good location...

We booked for room with breakfast and when we checked in, receptionist said breakfast is not included. When we reconfirmed, breakfast for two adults is included and child need to pay although we book for 3 person.

Absolutely everything

The concierge at the front entrance made us feel totally uncomfortable and could not give any directions or information that we asked. He made it stressful then it needed to be in the end.

Staff were so courteous and friendly. The room was beautiful.

Facilities, staff, cleanliness, breakfast all up to a good standard.

room service food from the night menu was garbage. Club sandwich was tomato slice, lettuce leaf, dry chicken, slice of bacon in toast and huge load of rancid fish tasting fries with nothing. No condiments like ketchup or mayo or anything, just bad tasting fries with salt and pepper. Egg sandwich same thing, chopped egg in between toast and the same load of fishy fries with nothing.

Beds super comfortable.

Pool not available but understand refurbishing being in place
