Location very good close to main restaurant and shopping area. Breakfast was good.

My room had an adjoining door which was locked closed however I could hear everything being said in room next door. Two ladies talking non stop was annoying. Family with baby crying was disruptive. Not a good experience. The person who checked me in on arrival had limited English skills and was difficult to engage with anything not straight forward.

We stayed 3 nights, stay was smooth, cleaning staff did a good job of working in the background in peak outdoor hours. Helpful staff, hotel is well located just opposite the harbour with good views.

We really enjoyed this time : ) Awesome service and perfect location. All the stuffs was very friendly, helpful and polite, especially morning service staffs work on 9th of January . Room is clean and fresh. Beds are very comfortable, also surprised we had a room with beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast great! has many choices and yummy! The valet parking also very good service, very quickly. Everything GREAT and THANK You let us had a very happy and comfortable trip : )

It was centrally located. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was of average standard. Our one night stay was comfortable but I think this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. There are better centrally-located/better priced options in Queenstown.

The room was spacious. Plenty of choice on the TV. Most staff were friendly and efficient.

We didn't get what we paid for. I booked and paid for in June 2023 a 4 night stay in November for" a Standard King with private balcony with views overlooking the stunning surrounding scenery". So they had our money for 5 months and when we arrived we were allocated a room (101) on the first floor with a sliding door opening onto a small grassed courtyard surrounded by thick shrubs, no balcony and no view. Katie, who had booked us in, said that is what we had booked, but it was absolutely NOT what we had booked and paid for and we have the documentation to prove it. Soon a man appeared and offered us 2x2 free drink vouchers, perhaps as compensation?

It was comfortable. Great location in city centre. We had the lake view room which offered great views, come traffic noise from the by passing cars and pedestrians but we knew when we booked. Expected city lifestyle. When the doors are closed you didn't hear anything.

No free customer parking. $30 valet parking a day, which we thought was steep.

The location and view were superb

The room we paid for 3 months ahead of stay via Booking.com was not allocated to us and we received a below expected standard room. The bed sheets had not been changed from previous guests and had to call housekeeping twice to remedy this issue.

Not one thing.

Location is very convenient. Very closer to town centre and to all the exceptional restaurants and bars. Most of the adventure activity offices were nearby. Also, lake front is right in front of the hotel.

Great staff and service. Location is fantastic. Good access to Snow center. Bus to Cardrona stops in front of the hotel. Good services for ski measure including heat storage services. Welcome chocolate was great!

Parking was listed as included yet I needed to pay extra. Staff said they could do nothing as Booking.com problem.

Rooms and hallway, doors etc all need to be refurbished. Downstairs good. Upstairs (lifts) very poor.
