The unique design of the property is spectacular. The wooden carvings and wrought-iron works are beautiful. The location is a ten minute walk from the funicular and the main shopping street. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they could not have been better. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and well-appointed.

There were extensive works going on which meant we didn’t get the room we booked (balcony and other facilities). The works caused a very unpleasant smell to pervade the hotel but we blocked the door with towels to stop it entering the room. Work started one morning at 0750 and the next at 0730 and the banging and drilling made it impossible to lie-in. We visited in the dead time of the season and on one night were the only guests. Had we known about the works we probably would have moved our visit to another time.

A few little niggles, shower head needs replacing and a couple of bulbs out in the bedroom but very small issues that didn't spoil our stay

In addition, the location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel is located near the ski lifts and close to the center, you can walk and see the beautiful and cozy Zakopane. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and delicious varied breakfast

Amazing place, staff was absolutely brilliant 👏 👌 Anything we asked for we had it, nothing was a problem. Very family like atmosphere. Willa was spotlessly clean and pleasant. Very close to Krupowki. Highly recommended.will def be going back. Well done everyone at the Willa

The hotel was beautiful, it looked like a cottage out of a fairytale. It was in a great location and the room was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The pillows were extremely flat, even using the cushions it was still not enough. The cooked part of the breakfast was not very nice.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb. Breakfast was fantastic. The spa was superb. Loved that you can walk from the hotel straight onto the trail for mountains. The main high street was such an experience where you can find amazing food and great street entertainment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable, and the location was excellent; close to the center of Zakopane.

They have a really nice sauna section. The beeakfast was really tasty.

Nice looking hotel in a good location, short walk to many places of interest. Parking available on site.

The shower facilities- the water at times was cold and the pressure was weak. Cold shower is not what you would like when it's minus temperature outside!
