Breakfast just delicious!

We stayed here on a driving trip across Poland, and booked at very short notice. Arrived late and left early but really nice hotel, a bit quirky and nicely designed. The best surprise was the restaurant - what an amazing meal accompanied by really nice wines by the glass. Bravo to the chef.

Took two attempts to find it in the dark - but it is signposted if you follow them…

The design of the place is really something unforgettable, with lot of attention to details. The restaurant was very good, the breakfast with homemade bread, and plenty of options. We also had dinner once, the food was exquisite, and the attention always impeccable. The receptionist that checked us in was super nice, we really felt welcome, and she helped us with any query. The other girls were ok, but quite indifferent. The pool was nice, and warm. And there was almost no one in the morning :) The shower gel was so good we wanted to buy it all, unfortunately, they only sell it together with body cream.

The door beeps loudly, and wouldn't stop if you keep it open for longer than 3 seconds. That was very annoying, especially in the middle of the night when other guests were coming to their rooms (there was some kind of a conference that day), and the people stayed up late). Soundproofing could be better overall, but I cannot complain as we did sleep well.

We were waiting for almost 2 hours for our dinner in the restaurant on Sunday because of a lot of people, the menu for little children could be more diverse, there are some trainings in the swim pool (it was on Monday) so we could use only a little part of it what is a little bit confusing for us

The breakfast was fine, typical Polish hotel breakfast. The swimming pool was good.

This is a hip / trendy hotel. It may appeal to the younger generation, but as an older couple, we prefer comfort. The bedroom had a concrete floor and walls were also just concrete rendered, there was no carpet, just two squares of artificial green grass! As I say trendy but not luxury. The bathroom was fine, with tiles on the floor. Beds were fine, only one chair in the room. The stairs were not adequately lit, therefore you had to be careful using them. The lift only went to the first floor, half the rooms where on the floor above. The artwork in the "me to" era is questionable. This was an expensive hotel by Polish standards, if it had been half the price, I could have accepted its short comings, but at the price it was dissapointing.

We’ve booked a Spa treatment for couples with our stay and were asked days before ( by phone ) to come few hours earlier to use pool and sauna. when we arrived, turned out that pool and sauna are not available due to renovations. Bummer. We could easily reschedule our stay if we knew ahead of it. Lady at the desk wasn’t very apologetic, after a while offered us breakfast to the room but the whole thing didn’t feel right. We were the only guests that day and we were placed in the further corner, in not very impressive room. Lack of basic stuff in a bbat a basic stuff in a bathroom, like hair conditioner. We were coming there every year for 10 years, had a wedding there, it was such a lovely hotel always, but after this stay it felt like a stay in a cheap hote hotel where hotel where nobody cares. Next time we will choose other hotel to celebrate our anniversary. For such an amount of money we left there after one night we felt rather disappointed.

a little hard to find

Food in the restaurant as well as the breakfast was excellent. Hotel is nicely located in nature.

Staff at the reception does not speak english. There was no jalousie at one window, so the room was very bright after sunrise.

From the moment that we drove up the tree lined path we knew we where somewhere special. This continued to be the case as we where greeted by the very welcoming staff. The food was incredible. spa facilities wonderful. a wonderful stay. for sure to be repeated.

That we had to leave.

Overall hotel design is quite attractive. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful and you could feel really welcome there - big plus. The hotel is nicely located and close surroundings are great - both on the hotel property and beyond (the National Park). Food was ok both at breakfasts and a'la carte.

Hotel shows its age - it seems like there was no major restoration/infrastructure renewal since it was built. It is not "old" per se, but most of the things you see are not premium anymore, since they deteriorated with time. I had hoped for 4-star hotel experience, but it did not feel like it - I had stayed at 3-star hotels with nicer rooms than the one we stayed here. Also, the shower in our room was built in a way that the water was leaking to the bathroom floor while showering and there was some mold between tiles on the shower floor. Unfortunately, Air Conditioning was not working properly - we stayed here in May, so we opened windows and it was fine, but had we stayed in summer it would have killed us ;)

Really cosy, small hotel, close to the Poznan city. Excellent design of interior and exterior, nice outside area :) Super friendly and helpful staff. We really liked the underground passage to Spa area - cool! We had a great time with wife and our little doggy friend :)

We came on Saturday and spa/swimming pool area was quite crowded - it seems that it is not quite enough space there when the hotel is fully booked. What we missed is (at least small) gym.

Very friendly and helpful staff. When we came it was already rather late and I was not sure we will be able to get any food, but lady at reception asked right away if we still want dinner and organised it right away. The same when we were departing - she asked if we like to take tee/coffe with as as take out (free) and organised this. Very nice and thoughtful. Otherwise - big parking, good room, good matrass, fine internet...nthing more to wish

I dont like fancy restorants ("design" food with looks more important than good itself) but, I guess, it is what it is and some clients like it this way.

The environment, the staff the spa, the food, everything was wonderful! It was indeed a great stay at the place. However there was one thing that unfortunately ruined everything.

That thing that actually ruined everything, was the walls made out of paper. We had the luck, to stay next door to 2 men, that drunk and puked all night, we could hear absolutely everything. Even what they were thinking before they spoke. It was freaking annoying, and instead of a relaxing chill day we had a sleepless night. :( You might be luck and have neighbors that actually sleep during the night. But definitely an unpleasant thing.
