The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Being on the ground floor we had patio doors which led on to our own terrace. It was just a shame we couldn't use it - either because it was too wet, or too cold, or both! (Similarly there was a very attractive breakfast terrace, which we only used with warmer clothing on!) The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We needed to send our main luggage in advance for our 11 night stay. It arrived earlier than we thought and they were able to look after it for us for 2 days before we arrived. The grounds are private with security gates, which is a comfort, being on the ground floor. The grounds and building were kept spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were always tasty and well presented (but see below...)

It would have been even nicer to have had some fresh fruit with our breakfast.

The hotel is a bit far from the main city center, it was not a problem for me to walk back to the hotel alone. Communication with the receptionist was very good and answered my questions immediately, which was helpful. I had a hard time finding a hotel on the first day, but the receptionist carefully guided me through the process. I would recommend taking a cab to the hotel because Italy has many cobblestone streets and it was difficult to move my suitcases. There were several restaurants and a small supermarket near the hotel, which was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Security is also very good. I had a quiet time at the hotel.

Breakfast is simple but freshly baked bread is served. I found the system of telling them in the morning what to have for breakfast each time a bit inconvenient.

Very relaxing atmosphere, it was super clean and it has a spacious private parking space. Breakfast was delicious, the hosts were very kind and supportive

it’s a bit difficult to get to the property as there aren’t any signs on the road to navigate you, especially with a car, but the hosts were very helpful

This hotel was perfect for our requirements of a relaxing holiday in a busy town. It was ideally situated close enough to the centre but in a quiet area with a small terrace and garden area away from the throng. The reception staff were so lovely and answered any questions. Option to choose breakfast and at what time and location.

The way breakfast was served using disposable cups, paper bags etc but I imagine a hangover from covid times.

Rooms were really clean and spacious. The city was within walking distance. The garden around the hotel was beautiful.
