The rooms are a bit old/tired. For a busy hotel, 2 on reception is not enough. The pool side restaurant was a joke. 4 lousy almost inedible choices that took over an hr to serve. Was gobsmacked that the room service had the same lousy choices. Didn’t get the wake up call I requested at 3am. No porters to greet you at entrance or help kindly with baggage down. They still haven’t refunded me the additional surcharge they charge you on checking in for “incidentals”. I use booking.com everywhere and this unfortunately is one at the bottom of my list. However, all hotels in Tel Aviv for a decent price are very average, but this was a huge disappointment

Great breakfast buffet, thank you for your serving and selection of delicious and fresh food.

I didn’t like it because rates changed by desire of employees like for example parking to park your car you have to pay to get in and pay to get out! All my life traveling anywhere you pay a charge stands for 24 hours but at Dan they charge you different rates daily to get in then when your leaving you have to pay again and the rate was different every day I will never return there!
