The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable beds and great ambience and decor in the room.

The restaurant was closed and breakfast wasn’t available which we were led to believe by booking.com it was, this was very inconvenient as we had a dog and arrived early evening after a very long drive.

Lovely room & surroundings. Pet friendly. We had a lovely walk along the river to Jaca.

We were disappointed neither the bar or restaurant were open, one of the reasons we booked there.

The Setting was beautiful. We had a drink in the bar and it was pleasant. we had chosen because it was near the Somporte tunnel where we travelled the following day

The room was very cold heater not on and we couldn't turn on and we could not access the Wifi no code or information available. The wooden shutters had to be shut to keep windows closed. so spent most of time in dark. there was a blanket to use in addition to and used bedcover The gentleman who checked us in and despite telling us the bar was open seemed pre occupied and it was a bother to him to serve us. not particularly welcoming!

Very disappointed that Booking.com website does not include the day(s) that an onsite restaurant is closed! (One would think this should be automatic). This is not the first time I have been caught out by Booking.com. As with all the other facilities to be viewed on a hotel website; I chose an hotel with a restaurant SPECIFICALLY. This hotel is about 2 miles out of town, which is not an issue, but had I known that the restaurant would be closed on the night that I was intending to be there, I would have made another selection. In fact, I may start contacting properties directly in the future.

Comfy bed and building architecture

No food told could go a few miles back to Jaca to eat! , nobody serving at bar, broken toilet seat, broken arm on garden seat, door lock not working properly, expensive for what's on offer. Overall potential to be good but falls well short of its 2 star rating. Won't use it again. Next to busy main road so a bit noisey on front facing rooms

Noisy (which is normal since it is an old house: we could hear the other guest steps), host was not very welcoming, room was smaller than expected and not confortable for staying with baby.

Accommodation was very nice and clean. Obviously, bits and bobs were not perfect but that was totally fine. Who cares if the tv cable is not properly attached or the drain in the shower is not going down fast enough. It is a mountain retreat with welcoming staff and pets friendly. Perfect for outdoors! Bed was very comfy! Towels, toiletries were there. Perfect :) Access to river - my dog went mental and I saw quite a few guests taking their pets up there.

Maybe access to the river could be define better. They could really make this a special thing for pets. I would not mind paid extra few euros for something like a pet pack with towel for dog and some toy to play in there... :) My dog went absolutely mental up there. He loved a swim in crystal clear river.

Dog friendly. A dog walk and exercise area close to the property. A warm welcome from the host on arrival. Breakfast although not included was good.

It was very isolated from the town. No hot water when first required. This was made good only later. The shower was filthy and badly cracked. It had also been patched due to earlier damage. Although we had emails in advance of arrival that there would be no charge for dogs, when we came to pay we were charged for their stay. The evening meal choice was not good, spaghetti or lasagne which was microwaved. The salad and dessert were however good.

Couple of bulbs not working. Shower tray very badly cracked and didn't drain. Toilet seat was wrong size for toilet. Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable, insufficient pillows.
