La propreté de la chambre.
Il aura fallu que je me plaigne auprès de la direction. La poubelle n'avait pas été vidée et le miroir derrière la porte d'entrée avait des traces de doigts. Il n'y a pas de balais à cuvette cela est franchement inadmissible. La chasse d'eau prenait au minimum 45mn avant de se remplir.

room was very hot and couldn’t cool it down and even though the hotel takes pets, they aren’t allowed in the restaurant.

Convenient for local bus to city centre. Breakfast adequate.
Hotel situated in industrial area. Rooms very tired and winding down the shutters made it feel like being shut in a box. No pillow cases on arrival.

It was a typical Campanile - reasonable facilities and comfort, but...
...it felt tired and in need of refurbishment. Handy for Montpellier and the coast, but in a crowded, commercial part of Montpellier.

I needed somewhere close to montpellier for a good price.
It was a good location to easily get to montpellier by tram from garcia Lorca stop.
Room was comfy with a nice shower.
I did not use there restraunt so can not comment on that.
There is a hypermarket opposite to get essentials.

Toilet was not cleaned properly on arrival, reception does not speak English so communicating this to them would have been difficult. Placed a "Make up my room" sign on the door but this was turned over by someone to do not disturb and the room was not cleaned.

Unfortunately due to a motorway incident we didn't get to the hotel until 1:00am. Despite the late hour the reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was close to the motorway.
The room looked like it needed refurbishment.

Good breakfast. Quiet oasis in a grm landscape. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant for dessert & breakfast.
No wifi whatsoever. Afer I'd booked & paid you sent me an unacceptable email about the necessity of presenting a credit card. Actually I wasn't asked for one, so why create the impression that you don't trust your guests just to annoy them ahead of arrival?

No airconditioning as advertised on the listing, apparently there is airconditioning only from june to september, we were there early may on a hot day, left door and eindow open till 9.00 pm, still room felt like a sauna, booked another hotel, and left the same night

Rooms are very dated. Sink in the bathroom was stuck. About 30 mozzies in the bedroom (I didnt bring them in).
Shower door from bath kept falling open.
Overall big time for renovation.
