Petit déjeuner basique et petite chambre ,une demande de notre part à la réceptionniste pour infos d’une chambre ‘qu’on devait réservé pour deux adultes et deux ados et toujours aucune réponse merci cordialement

Budget hotel, ok for an overnight stay

Staff were polite but very withdrawn, hotel very dated and tired, no sound proofing, as soon as your neighbors woke up so did you!!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met, including a shuttle from the train station to the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the quiet of the surroundings made it ideal. I would recommend the Kyriad Lisieux to anyone who visits this town.

Annie at reception was wonderful. We checked in late in the evening and she asked if there was anything she could do for us.

Shower fixed instead of being just hand held

It was easy to get to, nice and clean but nothing really special. That said: I used it as a stopover motel which is what it is.

Noisy and not extremely effective airco.

the room was very pleasant and very clean. The bathroom was exceptionally nice

from the outside it looked like a prison and is actually a motel rather than a hotel. the ac didn’t appear to do anything to cool the room. a tray with 2 coffee sachets, one tea bag and PAPER cups is not what I expect for the money we paid

Staff were really interested in helping us visit the town. The food was extremely good and served by a very nice lady.

Finding you was a tiny bit of a problem but what a delightful team and atmosphere - all worth it.

Staff, cleanlines, food, location. In particular the staff were welcoming, kind, helpful and engaging. Whilst all staff in every aspect of the service were excellent in every way, we would like to mention Matthias and Julien as being most professional.

noise from a generator during the night disturbed our sleep

The young man on the desk when we arrived was really helpful (sorry I didn't note the name), offering the choice to speak either English or French which made life easier for me. The room was clean and as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this type. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent value, well cooked and presented. Staff in the restaurant were really pleasant and efficient. All in all a very positive experience which I would recommend.
