The staff were delightful and the breakfast choices plentiful and delicious.

Location, design, clean & comfortable rooms. Evening arrival and 6am departure, so little time to evaluate everything, but the experience in general exceeded our expectations.

FYI: This hotel has a very strict policy regarding bicycles in your rooms (forbidden), even when disassembled and packed away in bags for transport on the TGV. They've experienced property damage in the past from careless cyclists apparently doing maintenance in their rooms, so a few inconsiderate people ruined it for everyone else. Rather than accept an additional deposit from cyclists (allowing personal responsibility & putting liability on the client), they've adopted a blanket "no" rule. If you are traveling with an expensive bicycle and have your own policy of not leaving it overnight in shared storage that you can't monitor, just take note of how it works there in advance and decide if it's a fit for you. It's a very nice hotel otherwise & the staff was friendly, but firm on this matter. Anytime traveling without a racing bicycle, I'd stay here again in an instant.

amazing staff, great location.

The place is all about the lovely people who run it. They went over and above for me (helping me when I damaged my rental car and being overly kind when I forgot my key pass one night).

Location is just outside the center, so it's a little walk to get into the center, but really not a bother at all.

Very central location. The ability to be able to park in a secure garage was good. The breakfast was excellent. A wide selection of hot and cold foods. The one way system around the city is very confusing. A good standard that one expects from a Best Western hotel.
