A family owned hotel with a long history and pedigree The recent renovation was tastefully done. It was nice to have secure parking inside the hotel's gate. Just a block and a half to the beach and a few minute walk into the heart of the business district, the hotel is a fine address for staying in Carnac and exploring the environs. The restaurant is quite good and has the potential for becoming a destination venue.
Breakfast was a bit generic. Juice and coffee were not inspiring. Room storage a bit skimpy. Street parking next to their gate made getting in and out of the lot difficult and somewhat dangerous.

Air conditioner didn't go lower than 22 overnight, prefer little cooler to sleep well.

Fantastic breakfast, beautifully set out with a marvelous choice of quality local products ,although the hot dishes were excellent they should be kept hotter. Suggest metal plates not ceramic in the copper containers.

Very good supper in the restaurant on our arrival , excellent service and food.

No chair in room which meant you had to perch on the bed to read or relax. Needs to be added.........given the 250 € room rate.
Pool.......very nice but should open earlier , 9am is too late if you want to swim early before setting out for the day.
Must have hours when it is adults only.
Massage 7/10 not up to expectations nor the experience of other Thalasso.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The carpet in the bedroom was very nice as it was new, if I revisit in 2 years time I would be interested to see how it wears? The staff were very friendly and helpful, we travelled with our dog, everyone was very accomadating.
Parking is a problem, the hotel does offer guest parking but with only a very limited number of places. In high season street parking is at a premium.
The service in the hotel bar was not very attentive, eventually I had to go to the bar to order drinks. Bar prices are expensive, so for these two reasons I wouldn't recommend the hotel bar.
