La ubicación.
No me gustó las instalaciones, la habitación sucia y más bien descuidada, cosas rotas y nada cuidada.
El desayuno bastante lamentable, nada de fruta fresca, bollería ( sólo minimadalenas de bolsa), fiambre y resto de comida escasa.
Para ser un hotel de tres estrellas y El precio que nos cobraron no corresponde.
Hace dos años, estuvimos en El mismo hotel y no lo recordaba tan cutre!!!!

La ubicación
Cuándo llegamos la cisterna del váter no funcionaba y lo comentamos en recepción y no nos la arreglaron, nos trajeron un cubo de fregona para poder echar agua de la ducha al váter y el olor en la habitación no era agradable.

Close to station (10 min walk), and by the old town. Good blackout system in room. Baggage looked after upon departure until required. Hot water in bathroom.
Noisy from within the property, from neighbouring rooms, the corridors and what I assumed to be the water systems.
Nice breakfast but eggs left out too long in warmers.

Room was clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom shower powerful which is very important. Hotel location is in old quarter filled historic buildings including churches and wineries. Great squares and streets with lots people out enjoying quality restaurants and bars

Toilet paper scarse despite leaving a note for the maid (only provided 1/2 a roll!) Only 1 towel for 2 people. Had to ask reception for these basic amenities.

Breakfast is good.
Room is really bad, smell of sewerage in the bathroom.
Beds are broken and scratched. Windows are not closing, also the front door. The key is not electric. Even 1 night was very uncomfortable. We had room 103, with view to the street.

Travelled with friend, affordable price enabled two of us to book single room for privacy and quiet, plus excellent typical western breakfast. While staff may not be conversant with English they definitely provide prompt service with a smile.

Lovely stay in our spacious modern room in this wonderful relaxed city
We had a lovely big en-suite bathroom & access to a roof terrace.
Plus the serve yourself continental breakfast in the dining area was very nice. It was great value for money & the staff were very helpful

The personal was very kind and talkative, but only in Spanish language... You can have a yummy breakfast here.
We visited a Hotel Trafalgar during January and the room was cold. It was possible to change room temperature via AC but it wasnt enought. Sorry.

Not very clean, bit run down.
No blankets on beds and had to ask for some that a guy brought at midnight.
Just soap dispenser in bathroom, no toiletries.
Continental breakfast was of poor quality and poor presentation. Eg. Corn flakes displayed o a soup plate, uncovered, therefore soft.
Table clothes must have been used a few days, full of stains. Didn't go back for the second night I had booked and paid for.

6 euro charge to park our 2 bicycles seemed a little unnecessary, but as the room was so cheap we didn’t mind too much.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old Jerez town. Its a short walk from the train station.
The receptionist was really nice and helpful.
