The room was very pleasant, spacious and well-equipped. The location was great, a 5-minute bus ride from Heathrow terminal 5

Breakfast only starts at 7:00 am, really late for an airport hotel. The staff gave me entirely wrong directions about the airport (saying there was a direct 5-minute train from terminal 5 to 4), which almost made me miss my flight.

I recognize that the property was being renovated but it may have been better to close it down during construction because the stay was very uncomfortable. The A/C was not adjustable and the room was unbearably hot. The windows don’t open due to proximity to the airport so no way to cool the room down. Some appliances didn’t work and there was a large sticky patch on the floor. The lift was unreliable.

Close to airport, easy bus connection at night, bus no 5 stops by Hotel bus stop even though the sign doesn’t say so.

No USB chargers, and only able to buy 1 single adapter from the reception

The location is perfect if you want to stay near Heathrow airport. The bus stop is right outside (703 bus), and there is also a shuttle bus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our suitcases there all day after check out and all day before we checked in. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and a TV.

No major issues, we really enjoyed our stay but the AC didn't go below 21° so found it really hot in the room and our bathroom wasn't as clean as we expected it to be but didn't really affect our stay. I would book again

The room was very clean and soundproof. The bathroom was very clean also. When requested we were given fans as the room was quite warm. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was a decent size. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel and we would definitely stay here again for the price we paid for the room.

The air conditioning did not work and the room was quite hot. The water in the shower was also scalding hot and we were only able to have baths due to the extreme heat from the shower. No breakfast was available during our stay, unfortunately, this would have been an idea as we were due a 10-hour flight that day.

Lovely hotel. Former arora park hotel, it has everything you need.

The Customer Service of different staff members was excellent. Taking public transport was a bit challenging, yet once on the 2nd bus, the Hotel is so close to bus stop. The room size was amazing , so spacious.

Booked months in advance and they had split the family up instead of being placed in rooms next to each other. One of the two rooms was fine. The aircon in the second room wasn’t working. The young man helping tried his absolute best to work out a solution. The manager was dragging her feet, being quiet rude and saying “we are fully booked” (this was not the case as 3 rooms were offered to us). The first room on offer was covered in mould and had a very damp smell to it. The second room only had one bed (needed two as it was father and daughter sharing and the booking was for 4 single beds). The manager then tried to offer a triple room and place one of us on the very small fold out bed. The young man offered both rooms (one each) which was lovely. He was very apologetic about the entire situation. They just didn’t relay to the morning staff that they had done these changes and they were a little confused why we had three rooms.

Currently stilling staying in the hotel. The staff are exceptional and so bubbly with a welcoming attitude. The hotel is very clean and cozy. It’s a new brand first of their hotels in the uk and so far it looks like it’s off to a great start. It’s a very quiet hotel with not so many guests but it’s definitely worth the stay. Beats a horrible Travelodge any day! Worth a stay

Parking was £10 which I didnt realise until after i had parked. Had to pay it as i didnt know where else i could park

In the very early morning, many very LOUD guests woke me up, who had a late night flight in. The breakfast restaurant was also chaotic due to these loud guests.
