The main building and grounds are modern and have good decor. Location is local to Disney parks with a short free shuttle service.

Breakfast is terrible, little selection and low quality. The indoor pool needs renovation and the pool changing rooms and toilets are not the cleanest. Staff at the hotel are very slow and have zero personality probably the worst customer service I’ve seen at a hotel. Then there’s the prices which are just ridiculous, £11 for a Jack Daniel’s and coke. £5 for a warm 330ml Magners cider. Bedrooms are clean and tidy but again let down by the bathrooms very worn and require renovation. There was a towel with a small blood stain in our bathroom. Teas, Coffees and Milk are never replaced we had to go to reception on multiple occasions to ask for more. In general for the price it’s OK but that’s about it nothing to shout about quite a dull atmosphere for a Disney style hotel. No entertainment, Extortionate food and drink prices for low quality service and produce. I wouldn’t return.

Widok, wyposażenie- to naprawdę bardzo ładny obiekt. Widoki są bajeczne, a hotel cały ma elementy zamku, które powodują że czuliśmy się jak w bajce. Dziecko było zachwycone wystrojem.

W trakcie mojego pobytu kilka dni był zamknięty basen i jacuzzi, a cały pobyt dziecko nie mogło korzystać ze zjeżdżalni.

Personal unfreundlich und arrogant. Das Personal sprach kaum englisch. Das Abendbuffett war mit 37 € zu teuer ( Getränke exkl. ) Man ist absolut nicht auf deutsche Touristen eingestellt.

The breakfast goods have had more variety. Room service order took far to long especially when ordering for young children. The pool area the changing room floor wsd extremity wet and a slip hazard and accident waiting to happen.

Perfect location, brilliant shuttle bus service to Disney, close to Casino supermarket and pharmacie. Can eat own food in lobby and order in. Great breakfast options and kids corner. Loved the kids games room, play area, pool and all facilities. Beautiful decor and building, very luxurious. The bunk beds were fun and perfect. Great sized bed. Staff spoke English and very friendly. Beautiful pastries at breakfast and hot drinks were of good standard.

The table tennis set was missing and instead of purchasing new one they simply said they don't have one. Arcade games had to be paid for, would be nice if at least one or two were free No vegetarian option for guests to buy food in the hotel No vegetarian sausages in breakfast or porridge etc . Flavoured yoghurt pots for kids were not there. Room was too hot no AC

Temperature was cold im room, and she has given a small machine for heating.

Im Spring the temperature obaut 10 Celsius im room is for the children to cool.

Petit déjeuner et dîner exceptionnel du choix et très bon. Beaucoup d'activité disponible pour petit et grand. La literie es un vrai bonheur.

Je dirais les salles de bains. Elle font assez vieillot pour la beauté de cette établissement.

The first night we went to the buffet to eat they told us 18 euro per person one lady who was working there for the buffe, and after we finished the dinner in the bill she charged us 35 euro per person also after that she pretended that she don’t speak English and then she left :)

The breakfast was ok I needed gluten free options which weren’t labelled very well and the staff didn’t actually take me round to show me what I could have. I was given bread still in the wrapper and when I asked for it to be toasted I was told I could microwave it. That said, this didn’t take anything away from my stay the hotel and staff are lovely and I will most definitely stay again.

As above with just a little tweak for gluten free options e.g separate toaster I literally wouldn’t have any negative at all.

-Only 1 wardrobe in the room and no storage chests etc so hard for a family of 4 -Bar VERY expensive 9.50€ for a pint of beer - no air con in room - VERY hot had to call reception for a fan as too hot to sleep - Shower had dirty grouting giving it the impression of mould Booking.com advised free parking but hotel advised 1€ an hour parking. Had to show messages to prove was free parking as per booking

Communs très jolis, aire de jeux pour notre petit sympathique.

2 eme étage très bruyant, salle de bain complètement défraîchie qui dénote avec le reste de la chambre et de l’hôtel, traces de sang sur les murs de la chambre que nous avons nettoyées nous même avant que notre fils y touche, buffet du petit déjeuner pas assez varié et de mauvaise qualité.

De bedden waren erg goed. Heerlijk geslapen. Vriendelijk personeel en een mooi ingericht hotel, leuke decoratie. Wel al wat verouderd her en der, tand des tijds was er aan af te zien, maar niet per se storend.

Het binnenzwembad is erg klein, dat was wat jammer. En dat er in het Disney hotel geen Disney TV is was voor de kleintjes ook een behoorlijke teleurstelling. Het eten in het buffet restaurant (zowel ontbijt als diner), hoewel goed georganiseerd en met zeer servicegericht personeel, viel erg tegen. Je merkt dat het vooral gaat om kwantiteit en dat gaat ten koste van de kwaliteit. Echt een minpunt.

Didn't realise this was a base hotel for Disney Land so too oriented to young families for us.

Excellent location. Parking on site. Great customer service. Lovely clean room.

We were charged 15 euros to park for 1night stay at the hotel which we were not made aware of before our stay.

First impressions beautiful smells amazing! Quick check in. Decent size clean room. Lovely pools.

Bar area seemed to be short staffed lots of tables still had food etc on although some of this was guests take always which they could have taken away themselves!

The communal areas of the hotel are fantastic, the reception, bar, outdoor pool area are beautiful, the extra soft play area area was also great and a good selection of different food available. Bar Staff and Restaurant in the evening super friendly and helpful!! Reception 90% of the time very helpful and informative. The location and proximity to Disney couldn't be better with the shuttle running free all day!! Room Service Pizzas fabulous and great addition after a long day in the parks! Huge amounts of parking and very secure!

The rooms are dated and we had multiple issues which did get resolved but I felt shouldnt be an issue in the first place, the rooms are clean but not immaculate and with them being dated the cleaning not be perfect shows this up more! The indoor pool area is dated and not clean, so much water sat on the tiles it was a shame as we only used it once where as the outdoor pool is amazing! All staff are helpful and friendly however when checking out and the day previously I did go to reception to mention my partner had left his cap in the room that we got moved from I asked multiple times and when asking before leaving I was greeted with eye rolls, this cap was a gift and not cheap and I wasn't pleased that we never got it back and they weren't interested in the slightest.
