De locatie. Vanwege een vluchtannulering in Cork moesten we een nacht overnachten op Dublin Airport dus blij om een hotelkamer te vinden. De shuttle naar de terminal was prima.
We kwamen om 10 uur 's avonds aan in het hotel, moesten de volgende ochtend om 4 uur alweer opstaan. Dat wil je jezelf graag snel installeren. In de eerste kamer deed de airco het niet, in de tweede evenmin. Pas na twee keer verhuizen en een uur later lukte het uiteindelijk met de derde kamer. Het aanwezige personeel deed zeker zijn best en verontschuldigde zich uitvoerig, maar feit blijft dat de airco in dit hotel met kamers vanaf € 200 niet goed functioneerde en we daardoor kostbare tijd verloren en heel wat hebben afgesjouwd.

Car Parking. I paid 12.50 euro to park and couldn't get my car out in the evening. Ticket would not work. Desk worker came to my rescue and gave me his ticket to use.

Shuttle took ages, room was dated and dirty, nothing like the pictures. Got put in an accessible room we didn’t book which was missing tiles and had extra toilet seats on the floor. Bag of dirty laundry at the front door.

The bed for Room 247 was amazing. So confortable and big. It was like sleeping in heaven if you know what I mean.
Late check in and out available.
We had The "do not disturb" sign because our flight was delayed and we only got at The hotel at 4 a.m. Around 10 a.m the housekeeping team was asking to clean The Room even thought late check out was requested.
Eventually we fulfill our request for late check out but with interruptions.

Not a great atmosphere. A little too sterile

Gute Lage am Airport. Zu Fuss ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Terminal 2 - Gehsteige und Radweg vorhanden. . Shuttle Bus vom Hotel zu den Terminals alle 20 Minuten 24/7. Premium Zimmer recht gross alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Gastronomie haben wir nicht getestet.
Bett im Premium Zimmer recht schmal. WC im Bad hinter der Türe. Keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Beautycase im Bad.

Nice furnishings, excellent room service and breakfast
We were guaranteed the 24 hour shuttle ran every 20 minutes. Sat outside for 40 minutes in the cold. Driver only arrived after we called hotel inquiring.

The shuttle bus was excellent. I arrived late in the night and called the number provided, a very friendly driver picked me up promptly and helped me with my luggage. The hotel was very clean and the staff are really nice! Highly recommend it.

The location, which you pay an unreasonable price for.
We paid for a superior room which was supposed to have larger beds, they were very small. I can not believe the beds would be smaller in the standard room. No sleep, beds and bedding was so uncomfortable.

It’s location – within walking distance of the airport terminals.
I have stayed there many times. On this occasion, I was assigned a very disappointing room. Very large, but looked unfurnished because there was a lot of empty space. It was also a noisy room. The breakfast service was disorganised, understaffed and generally underwhelming.

Al abrir la puerta de entrada del baño deja poco espacio para entrar, se deberia de abrir en sentido contrario, hacia la derecha y ademas la television no funcionaba y el mando a distancia estaba roto.
Las luces de la habitacion son complicadas, no son intuitivas para poder endencer y apagar rapidamente

Convenient location for terminal 2.
Despite booking for 2, there was only one set of towels, toilet seat was loose and a wall plug did not work next to the bed. We were on the top floor and it was a very windy night but it was very noisy… lots of things rattling on the roof.

The fact that there were 4 staff members milling about reception when we arrived at 11pm and it took at least 5 minutes for someone to check us in. I had elderly parents with me who were cold and just wanted to get to their room and it seemed like the staff didn’t pick up on the fact that customers were standing right in front of their eyes and other things seemed way more important than actual human beings in front of them.
