terrible bed! woke up feeling like I’ve been drop kicked in the back

Beautiful setting, relaxing ambience, lovely treatment, such friendly staff on reception, for room service & in spa.

We went as a couple & saunas are in changing rooms, so this is a shame we cant go in a sauna together. There are also quite a few stairs for a spa. Shame not all on one level

I have been here a few times, the last time I stayed was last summer. the facilities and location are fantastic.

We didn’t have bath robes in our room so had to go to the pool in towels which was quite embarrassing we asked the spa for a bath robe however we were ignored. The bar staff EXTREMELY rude and no one present, seems to be no available staff around the bar. No water etc in room.

Think it would be nice if you are paying to stay the night if the use of the spa facilities included.

the room we stayed in had air flow in the bathroom unable to turn off and the fan kept us awake from the early hours of the morning!
