Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones y poder acceder a los demás hoteles, el parque acuático muy chulo y todo el personal es excepcional no hay una persona que no te sonría y te salude te hacen sentir como como en casa, sin duda regresaré
No encontré mangu en el desayuno, cabe destacar que a estos hoteles también vamos muchos dominicanos y que es un dominicano sin su mangusito con huevo, salami y queso 😢

Los exteriores, jardines, piscina principal y longitudinal siguiendo línea de edificios. El tamaño de las habitaciones. El buffet es variado pero sin caer en el derroche.
El hotel en su conjunto adolece de mantenimiento. No es como he leído respuestas del hotel que el mobiliario sea colonial. Lo colonial no puede confundirse con la falta de mantenimiento. Faltan tejas en los tejados lo cual puede producir fácilmente humedades. En las piscinas los gresites van saltando y no se repone. Al parecer este hotel cierra en abril para ser remodelado.

The welcome drink
Everything was awful and I will not return and I told all my friends on social media not to stay here either. We were given wrong information at checkin which sent us to falcon to make dinner reservations and when we spent almost 2hrs over there to find out we can’t eat over there and we can only make reservations at garden. When we returned back to garden there were no reservations available for the rest of our trip. We asked to speak to a manager and we talked to Pilar who was very nice but it was nothing she could do about the wrong situation. Once we asked her the manager the host said came back and said she has a reservation for the steak house at 8:30 the next night. Well when we arrived they said our reservation was for 6:30 and they couldn’t accommodate us! The house keeping was horrible they didn’t restock our room they barely cleaned it. We has dirty wash clothes on the floor in the restroom for 2 days so they didn’t even sweep or mop because they didn’t see them on the floor. They threw away my brand new door stopper the toilet was running making noises all night. It was a nightmare vacation my first and last time visiting the punta cana. Our swim up pool had dead bugs and a whole tree branch in the water for 2 days. We couldn’t even enjoy the pool we paid extra to have. The food was nasty I left there starving. The one and only good thing I enjoyed was the welcome drink and one nice waiter I think his name was Juan something, he’s a college student who works in alure restaurant. Please work on customer service and make sure your customers are given accurate information

The room and pool was very nice.
It was not on the beach even though the pictures show it was. The buffet was outside which with the heat that we had that week was extremely hard to enjoy any food. Also restaurants had barley any AC on.

Me and my family loved everything about this property! The staff was amazing! The room was very spacious and the balcony was huge the food was delicious room service was amazing! Definitely coming back again! Anybody with children i really recommend this place!

When you arrive at the property, and introduce yourself to a person who will supposedly help you in booking restaurants, he will guide you on how the hotel works. But then comes the trap, because that person only helps you in exchange for you seeing a lecture! All he offers is help, and in exchange for you wasting 1 hour of your vacation time listening to people trying to sell time share!
The room had two televisions, neither of which worked! The air conditioner making a deafening noise, the closet all dirty with dust! On the first day there were not enough pillows and blankets!
When we went to bed, the sheet was dirty, and the blanket that was available was also all dirty.
I managed to change!
The pool closes at 6 pm! Then they send you to a main pool, getting there you can't get your towel; because you are not staying there!
The restaurant that has breakfast, lunch and dinner very reasonable for an all inclusive!
On the last day we went to see that lecture, and then we found out that we could have had breakfast in that place, which was much cleaner, fresher and the food was more enjoyable!
There were only two waiters who served you very willingly, the others served you with a lot of impoliteness.

Restaurants and gardens.
-The bathroom didn’t work since the day we got there through our whole stay. We had to call to get it fixed many times.
-One day we woke up and didn’t have water. They had closed it, because the damage of the toilet and never even gave us a heads up.
-Everyday we had our room cleaned up, we would only get 1 new towel left for the 4 of us, I had to called every day to get clean towels and get coffee cups.
-The pools were dirty the first 2 days we got to the hotel, they were green. Nobody told us that they were having problems to get something fixed with the filters. It was nasty.
-The night life is super boring. We went to Falcons every night since there wasn’t much to do at Garden suites.

there was a supervisor named Angelica that was so rude and disrespectful. I have a video of her telling me I’m dumb and incompetent because I called her out on lying about what times she told our group it would be okay to leave. she had a swarm of security try to escort us out on my birthday!!!

Room was way too cold. Requested blankets which we never got. Ask staff to assist with the air conditioner but got no help. We left the slider open to warm the room. Very very uncomfortable because I did not pack warm clothing. Had to buy a long sleeve shirt. Service could be a bit more accommodating.

Beach access was easy - just a 5min ride in the buggy and the beach is beautiful. Food was also available at the beach.
The room we stayed in was damp and had a musty smell, the cleaner left us air freshener as they could also smell how bad it was. My clothes started to get damp and smell. I’ve left with a very chesty cough. This is something they should address for the next guests.
each resort had different events on in the evenings but we had no way of knowing what was on - an itinerary would have been useful.
We got engaged on the beach while there and paid extra for a romantic dinner but the hotel did not make any acknowledgement of our engagement.

The staff was exceptional in their service and constant greeting. They seemed to enjoy their job and made the experience wonderful. Many of the restaurants were very good, and we loved taking advantage of the included room service. The pools were amazing, and it was great to be able to stay on the resort and not get bored.
We want to especially thank Gustavo with The Reserve management, Esaie Weche with the H2O bar, and Leonardo with the Hydrogrill. They were incredible and truly made our stay.
When we left the resort, both my spouse and I were covered in itchy rashes and bites we believe to be from sand fleas and uncleanliness. Our bed in the suite seemed to give us an allergic reaction, and the day beds outside didn't seem to be very clean.
Also, Karnica was horrible. The steaks were cooked until they were rock hard even when we ordered them medium rare because they wouldn't let us order rare.
We hated that some hecklers were working on the resort that wouldn't leave us alone trying to sell trips off the resort. We tried one that was not fun, so we wouldn't do that again.

We were lucky to have stayed in the "newer buildings" (above #50), and the room was spacious. We had a verandah with a tub that looked out to lush green garden.
A lot of things could have been better. First of all the service was spotty and almost non-existent. Most of the staff seemed new and didn't know all the information. The concierge at the entrance was unhelpful and often rude. A personal concierge which was supposed to be part of the package was non-existent. The food in the restaurants were not great. The buffet was woefully limited. The drinks were bottom shelf. The house wine tasted like vinegar. Our room on the second floor had mosquitoes and all of us suffered through disturbed sleep. The spa was overcrowded and the massage rooms were uncomfortable.

the grounds are large and beautiful. Meticulously taken care of, felt so good walking and admiring palm trees and so many flowers. there are many swimming pools and the beach is very beautiful
At the time of booking we didn’t know there this property is one of a few under the same umbrella yet had different privileges. Educate yourself before booking as there are some restrictions on the beach that you might not like.
