unqualified staff unprepared and definitely not qualified for a 5 star hotel including the manager.

The staff were exceptionally well trained, took care of our every need and always put a smile on our faces. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. The shuttle service to city centre was useful. Breakfast, gym and pool were all great.
If the food at the restaurant had been a little better and more varied, we would've stayed at the property all day.

Peace and Quiet but yet walking distance from St Tropez. Free shuttle car to St Tropez. Loved the pool, the room , the food and the very friendly staff .

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. We asked the concierge to book us a private boat. However, various mistakes caused us having to cancel the booking. Both the hotel and the boat company agreed to refund a total 1090 euros the day after. I have provided bank details for transfer but the refund still hasn’t been paid. I contacted Karim from concierge several times who endured us that the money was on its way. Now 3 weeks have passed still no execution. This is a fraud. And the handling of the matter is absolutely unprofessional and unethical. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

what a great hotel to stay in St Tropez,near the city,calm place,we loved that we didnt have to take our car to go shopping to the city,the navette service was amazing and saved us a lot of time!

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious with terrace in front to the pool, the breakfast had a lot of variety amd the service was perfect. They ride you to the main attractions so is easy to enjoy the centrum without thinking about parking

concierge not as knowledgeable about possibility of ferry felt they were pushing cabs on us. was supposed to get a bucket of ice to room and never came. too many kids

Very nice and chic place. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean and comfortable. Amazing outdoors view and pool.
it’s about 15-20 minutes walking to city center but their shuttle service is great!.

We have been coming to this hotel for the third year, there were small disagreements at the beginning, but everything was resolved quickly. We really like the hotel, so we are coming back. The hotel is very beautiful, spacious swimming pool,extremely beautiful nature, service, cuisine, we liked everything very much.

The transfer with the car to the city center and back is fast and is a plus! The pools and the gardens are nice, the cleaning service in the room is good.
The management should be fired fast, they are a disaster!
1. We waited around 40 minutes for a Coffee at breackfast and one hour for pancakes.
The restaurant doesn't have food in the evening, they told us after an hour after they took the order that they don't have bred, that the beef and some other dishes are finished and our kids where crying of hungry. After a lot of discussions they bring some food from another restaurant in the city.
2. They charged extra bed for kid even if they didn't provide and we didn't ask.
3. The management send me an email that if I will write this on Booking they will talk with all the hotels in St Tropez not to receive us enymore and with Booking also to bann us. I will attache the photo with the email.
I traveled a lot but the experience in this hotel was horror. For 1000 euro per night with no services and bad managers and chantage from that part better go in other 5 stars hotel! This in not 5 stars hotel!

The service in the restaurant does not meet 5 stars. The breakfast staff was not prepared at all to serve an almost full hotel, the were just too slow and did not clean the table quick enough, forgot orders and did not fill up with water, glasses, plates etc so we had to ask for it every morning. Unfortunately, they need at least one more staff member or a better manager who preps his / her staff better. Sorry, just too low level of service, meets a 3 star hotel. This made us not wanting to have lunch nor dinner at the restaurant. If just the restaurant would have worked better, the total experience would have been so much better sine the hotel is good and nice location, clean etc. Missing point also is a gym, for a 5 star hotel one expects a gym.
