Personnel très agréable et souriant
pas de parking et pas de partenariat avec l’hôtel pour une réduction de paiement
L’hôtel mériterait un peu de travaux, immeuble assez vétuste et équipement des chambres moyen pour un 3*

La amabilidad recepcionista. Camas muy cómodas.Nuestra habitación 4 pax amplia y estaba reformada. Buen aire acondicionado ( nos pilló una ola
de calor). Sábanas y toallas impecables.
Buena elección.
La entrada y pasillos muy antiguos y sin reformar que dan una primera mala impresión. No hay horario 24 horas de recepción (aunque te atienden rápido por teléfono si necesitas algo)
La ventana daba a un patio agradable con plantas pero daba miedo dejarla abierta para refrescar por los mosquitos o por si entraban bichos, una mosquitera sería interesante (como no nos gusta tener el aire acondicionado toda la noche porque nos afecta a la garganta pasamos algo de calor, pero es opinión particular, ya que el aire acondicionado era muy bueno).

L'accueil très sympathique. L'emplacement en centre ville idéal.
Il manque un parking pour pouvoir garer la voiture. Il y a bien un parking public mais qui est payant et cher.

l'état de la salle de bain, un peu de moisie autour de la douche; de plus la barre de douche ne tenait pas spécialement.

The staff where excellent nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast with a lot to choose from .
Hotel located very close to the centre and parking was metres away and low cost.
We where upgraded to a bigger room which was nice.
Hotel a little dated but was ongoing upgrade by new owners. So future it may be better looking in the near future.
Unfortunately the weather was poor so didnt help for our weekend stay. No thanks

bonjour le personnel est très souriant et très serviable (notamment pour donner l'adresse de restaurant)
bonjour la chambre était d'une superficie un peu petite . la salle de bains la VMC ne fonctionnait pas ...en ayant les WC dans la même pièce ce n'était pas agréable. Malgré toute la bonne volonté du personnel d'entretien les finitions sont à revoir!

L emplacement juste au top
Pas de chauffage , pas d eau chaude , aucune excuse le matin du personel pour cette incident
On a du prendre le petit déjeuner copieux mais avec la doudoune impératif

Excellent location 10minutes walk from the ‘old town’. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Property was in a state of disrepair. Black mold in the bathroom, around the windows. Floor was dirty. Lights in the stairwell weren’t working. Room opposite had the door open with furniture strewn all around.

Rooms dated, no plugs near bed, poor noise insulation as woken up by next door opening their door. Can even hear people on other rooms going to the toilet.

it is not managed at all time so it is a struggle if you need anything or ask any amenity like towels etc

Location was excellent. Air con great and bed very comfy. Staff lovely.
Shower head broken and wouldn't stay up.
Top of TV, skirtings really dusty, hadn't been cleaned in ages.

Room in need of upgrade. Flooring damaged, toilet incredibly noisy. Balcony dirty and needed sweeping. Leftover pizza box and other food left in wardrobe. No information in room, nobody in reception with no info on how to contact staff, etc
Reception could be staffed or info could be better about contact.
Room needs upgrade and better cleaning.

The peace,cleanliness and bed comfort.
A disappointing check in occurance. It was authorised by the hotel, 3pm check in. The front door was locked and after a phone call to the hotel, I was asked to come back at 5pm. We had nowhere to go with our luggage and it was raining.
