Magnifique vue sur la mer, suite spacieuse et bien équipée, lit confortable, propreté irréprochable, personnel agréable, parking couvert et facilité d’accès aux commerces et restaurants.

Des dosettes de lessive ont été fournies pour le lave-linge et le lave-vaisselle, et nous aurions aimé avoir 2 ou 3 dosettes de liquide vaisselle.

The location was amazing, handy, and close to the amenities. Including the buses. We loved the view from our rooms. Stunning. The pool was great. The rooms were ideal for our group. The restaurant was nice. Though we only had dinner there - Pacific night The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

The only thing was not realizing to book massages we had to book in advance. Other than that there was anything we didn't like.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Promenade. We had a room on the 7th floor with balcony lovely views out across Anse vata beach, perfect for an evening glass of wine. The apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

I found the wifi weak, although my wife didn't have the same problem. Strangely the water was only luke warm, not really a problem when its 25 to 30 degrees outside.

The room was so spacious and the toilet was separate from the bathroom which is very convenient. There was also plenty of space to put things and to hang wet clothes to dry. The balcony was very big and had a great view of the garden and beach even from level 2. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted including a coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Great location with shops on the ground floor including a bakery and other restaurants. Everything else in walking distance - beaches, more shops and restaurants, grocery store, other bakeries. 24hr reception was great as our flight arrived late in the evening and it was 1:30am by the time we arrived at the hotel.

The King bed was very comfortable. 5 out of 5. The pull out couch bed which our daughter slept on was rather hard, may need an upgrade. The front reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and we loved the deck. The bathroom needs an upgrade. The bath over the shower was not a good set up as the water did not drain well whilst having a shower so you were standing in a pool of water. There was no fan and really the window which opened onto the corridor was not appropriate.

Location, view, and front desk staff were very good.

Condition of hotel exterior and rooms were very poor. The hotel needed to be painted inside and out, furniture was stained and uncomfortable, floors were uneven, towels were stained, air conditioner filter was filthy, and cleaning staff were inconsistent (forgetting to leave face cloths and coffee)

Great sized room, great view, great facilities, (kitchen/dishwasher/clothes washing machine). Great location near shops, activities, and restuarants.

Great sized family apartment with all the facilities we need.

The staff - all front desk staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly during both of our stays. We spoke to several different people and all went out of their way to help with local information, arranging transfers, enabling early check in and late checkout, providing directions to local attractions, restuarants and supermarket. Staff were all fantastic and 10 out of 10 The location The view over the promenade and the bay. One of the best views and locations we've had in any hotel. On a good day the ocean colours are spectacular Access to easy walks to restaurants, stroll along the promenade, walking distance to Ouen Toro Hill and we walked all the way around to Baie Des Citrons twice Washing Machine in the room The general good atmosphere and tourist vibe of the local area We would stay again if we came back to Noumea and we will be recommending this hotel to others

Don't like the shower bath. It is outdated and needs to be renovated. It is not easy to use and a bit of a trip hazard. Breakfast was OK for me but didn't have a lot of options for my wife who is vegetarian We had one breakfast in our first stay (Sun 18 Feb) but when we returned on 22-24 Feb we decided to eat breakfast at a nearby cafe which had a few more options Very minor detail but the information that the hotel gives out about taxi boats seemed outdated to us. The map shows that the taxi boats are at the front of the hotel just to the right, but they are actually about 900m away. We did manage to find them but it was 10-15 minutes walk instead of right out the front as indicated on the map. Suspect that the location may have moved recently perhaps since the shark attack. To find the boats walk up along the promenade just past the aquarium and burger king and you will find two operators to choose from. We used the Glass Bottom boat to get out to Ile Aux Canard (Duck Island)

The view from our balcony and the hotel location were both excellent.

The room was dreary and dull. Even the one and only picture on the wall was depressing. Apartment had a musty, damp smell. Very basic like no shower cap provided. No place in shower to place a bar of soap. Not a single floor mat to wipe wet feet from rainy balcony. Would love a printed hotel and surroundings information folder.

View - we could see the trees blowing in the wind, we were down low so not much view or vista. We could see the pool (1 level above it), we could see the canvas canopy covering the terrance restaurant. Hotel Location was great as it was just on Anse Vata beach, but it was a fair hike to the local Auchan supermarket, and not a nice walk to the city centre/markets. Fair walk around to Lemon Bay The room was spacious and comfortable, we had a dining table, sofa and a kitchen as well as 2 rooms (one with ensuite). The wifi included was superb in the room, but ordinary outside it

Our room was located on level 1, just above the pool (lotsa noisy kids screaming at times) It was also just above the terrace restaurant and gym. we could hear the rain thumping on the canvas roof, as well as a full dose of any live entertainment that was performed in the restaurant The building was a steel structure and we could hear lots of thumping - I would imagine the overgrown adult children in the room above stomping backwards and forwards quite loudly at times

Excellent location on Anse Vata beach - walk to cafes/bars/restaurants and the aquarium. Also short walk to convenience store and bakery which sold vey tasty food. We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets with large balcony overlooking pool area, park and Anse Vata beach - amazing views!!!!!!! Excellent service at the reception desk!! Also we had the pool to ourselves most of the time which was lovely!

Only downside was the cleaner/house keeper came in to our room to clean at 8.45am one morning while we were all still asleep in bed! I think they shouldn't come till at least 10am when people are most likely to be awake and out and about.

Great location, Anse Vata bay is a great area and its very easy to navigate to, plus Citrons bay around the point has some great eateries and within easy walking distance. Had a great family room with breakfast included and we slept well and started the day well, and ended it even better as we were blessed with some beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Will definitely stay if we're fortunate to be in Noumea again.

No bar on the premises, but L'Etrave was nearby and they were always open when I felt like a beer. The gym was a bit hard to find, and its easy to mistake the women only exercise areas by the pool as the Gym, would be nice to access a Gym in the pool area.

The view was wonderful. The room very comfortable. The bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely and the products supplied very nice.

The kitchen could have been better appointed. Very limited gym access. we had a great deal of trouble with transfers from this hilton to the ilot maître Hilton. I think complimentary shuttles between Hiltons would be a thing?

This was our second stay but was only for one night as we were flying home the next day, wish we had stayed longer.

Be nice if there were a few more channels in English.

Great location, large size appartment for the whole family

It was spacious and had everything you need to live, such as a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine with a dryer.

Some of the facilities were old or broken. Like the shower holder in the bathroom. But we could make do without it so it was okay.

Loved the apartment, just awesome. The staff are amazing here, also speaking English. Special mention to Gunter and Matthieu who answered so many of our questions and organising our other bookings too.
