air con in room wasn’t great, and also the shower wasn’t very powerful

The hotel located close to main train station, easy to find and reach. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean.

I wanted to take a rest, I put the do not disturb tag on my room but the cleaning lady opened my door....

Everything. Great value for money. Modern, clean, helpful staff. At the main station Mannheim: 20 seconds walking distance from the main station :).

Be aware: The hotel is literally at the main station. My room was towards the train tracks. Train noise is constant but the positive is: excellent window insulation. So that makes the noise okay/bearable. The high tilt and turn window can be opened a little bit, so it takes longer to have fresh air--as I prefer to not have any ventilator/AC on.

I was delighted that a room facing the station as per my request was provided for me, but sadly the room I was given had not been cleaned. Reception dealt with this very quickly and I was allocated the next door room which was lovely.

Need to ensure allocated rooms have been cleaned prior to having guests in them.

Fantastic location next to the station, very comfortable bed & good linen, aircon, quiet & good price-value ratio.
