Il ristorante la sera non era disponibile ed essendo a 10 minuti di Tuk Tuk dal centro sarebbe stato comodo averlo disponibile

The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. They upgraded our room and even surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife & I! To top it off the staff came to our room to sing happy birthday; it was really nice. They were the friendliest staff that I’ve ever had at any hotel. The facilities was very clean and appealing.

Got massage and wasn't the best I had in Siem Reap

Overall, the customer service was great. No hassle in checking in. Swimming pool was big and clean. the breakfast was good. We had early breakfast as we got to catch eaely flight. Airport transfer was provided without any charges.

second pool that was advertised on booking .com was Green - beds very hard , walls marked - this is not a 4* hotel - 3* at best, breakfast average . having stayed in many hotels across Cambodia, I have stayed in better 3* s

The gentleman who brought my luggage to my room and drove me to the airport, was particularly friendly and helpful.
