That there were no fridge in the room

Nice swimming pool area that stunk like sewerage

Everything was a nightmare 1.water smells like crap 2.i would say service, but the service was non-existent like order a coke took 30 minutes at least 3. Daylight robbery Drink prices are ridiculous. You can't even justify them. R50 a beer R60 a redbull and to get a drink everything out of stock or don't have but then you see the guy next to you get the food or drink you just asked for 4.says free wifi and the wifi non-existent lucky to get it at the restaurant 5. Not kid friendly at all says kids zone on the write-up and everything in a bar where it says over 18's only 6.says on the add room service get there no room service 7. This place is the biggest ripp off, and service is non-existent, excluding all the false advertising, only a swimming pool that kept kids busy and nothing for them to do in the actual hotel besides swim I mean I must give my 3 year old child milkshake with a glass and straw that's bigger than him

The pictures on your website are not a true reflection of the property. The overall look of the whole estate is just not acceptable. Red danger tape around buildings. The dam stinks and has visable surage floating around. General upkeep of the whole venue is not up to standard. Security have to manually open Security gates. Car ports are in a bad way and neglected. Weeds in paving and general look is just beyond POOR

The facility was more than we expected.We were really impressed.

The hotel rooms could do with a chest freezer.

The was no fredge in the rooms at night when ua thirsty ua forced to drink bathrooms tap,u can even have cool drink as restaurant closed during the night which its unfair as we a not allowed to bring out drinks frm out side

We waited for about half and hour for our order to be taken. But other than that breakfast was great.

Quick service in your restaurant will be lovely.

The staff was very welcoming and the place was exceptional, fresh air, a place I would suggest you to go to for peace of mind. Waiters and waitresses? very friendly people. Worth the money I spent
