Convenient location, nice room, good parking in their car park

Pillows a little too soft, well insulated, so a little warm for a summer stay, thus had to open balcony door a little, but then had traffic noise. Air conditioning would have helped.

Amazing staff, tasty breakfast, comfortable room, great spa! We stay 4 nights, definitely will be back again soon. Absolutely worth the money! Thanks, we had wonderful time!

Hotel Piz St. Moritz was very cool. Great vibe. We had dinner at the restaurant after cruising up to St. Moritz Center. Great Meal! The room was excellent. The bar was chic and hip. Need to spend more time down there! Great Reception Team!

Well, there was construction going on. A new elevator being installed (I think). A bit noisy and hectic. But, that is to be expected when refurbishing/improving a hotel. No big deal. Parking could be a bit lower in price. But, the parking itself was nice.

The hotel was affordable.

My room looked nothing like the photos, and compared to other hotels the staff was just okay. I was extremely uncomfortable after the day at the desk recommended the restaurant in the building Ricardo’s where I was treated quite poorly. I could not get my waitresses attention, so I asked a waiter if I could get my bill. He yelled at me when I politely asked for my bill (which I waited a long time trying to get someone’s attention for), and then the same waiter slammed my money on the table when giving me change. I really didn’t want to have to write about it, but it felt like my skin color played a part in how I was treated by that specific waiter for no reason.

El desayuno era muy escaso pero de buena calidad. El personal de recepción la mañana del 5 de abril absolutamente nefasto y maleducado, por cierto te cobran 3,5CFH a la salida como impuesto municipal no está muy explicado. Está lejos de la estación de trenes, se tarda como 15 minutos andando.

Good location! Friendliness of most of the staff. When we arrived, whom was at reception was super friendly. When we checked out they didn't even ask us if we enjoyed our stay.

There was scaffolding next to the bedroom window. The room did not have a view of the outside. The electrical socket next to the bed, which normally turns off/on the general lights, did not work. They had to be turned off before going to bed. We had a lamp next to the bed.
