The room was comfortable, clean with an amazing sea view. I liked the food wich was very tasty with a lot of options... Good options for entertainment like live music, darts competitions or volleyball tournaments. We had an amazing time here the beach facilities were awesome. Want to thank Elsa for the darts and to Niki for his amazing cocktails. See you next year.

Can't say I disliked anything

Beach, was very clean, chaise long and umbrellas of good quality, in very good condition, clean of sand in every morning. That was changed compared with my last visit on place few years ago. Dinner and breakfast very good, a lot of choice, very fresh. The property, the new wing above reception, were I got a suite, was Excelent. Everything was new, furniture, carpets, curtains and the beds like in the ferry tales.

Everything perfect, on the beach, apartment with sea view, very clean and comfortable.

I've booked two rooms for my family and another group of friends. One had sea view, mine didn't. So the front desk lady gave us a free upgrade to an imense apartment. It was a real treat. Other than that, everything was just great. The location of the hotel, it's quiet, it's on the beach, close to the aquapark. They also offer a large variety of dishes. Really enjoyed my time

Been here twice. In 2019 and 2021. First time in june and now at the end of August. Indeed, after a summer season, the drain pipes get clogged and sometimes you feel the odour. I didn't feel it in June, though...The janitor however was very responsive and fixed the issue once i reported it.

Quiet place just next to the beach. Cool atmosphère. Great food!

Great sea view, comfortable beds, food was OK, clean and quiet, friendly staff.

It was advertised that the staff can accommodate a lunch or dinner with one of the local restaurants. Unfortunately, it was not arranged for the duration of our stay (7 days). The explanation was that all restaurants are fully booked. Checked two of them, seemed rather available.

We had a suite with a nice view and housekeeping was done daily.

Smell in the restaurant was terrible. Food was bad, very hard to find something ok to eat for kids. Restaurant tables and tools where messy. Pool and pool surroundings where messy, far from a 4 star hotel. Ventilator in the bathroom worked very rarely, this generated a bad smell in the room when WC was used, shower also was not very comfortable and felt messy (however, overall the room was ok) You are not allowed to get car in front of the reception, not even just for checkin. We had to park in a parking 500 m before the hotel, from that point a golf car will help with luggages, but because parking is on mud, golf car can't park near your car so is kind of hard to do check-in and check-out, far from a 4 star hotel experience. Also, no one will help you to get luggages in the room.

Right on the beach, friendly staff always helpfull. One day we also got some extra fruits in the room which was a nice surprise. We really enjoied our stay

Room was overall clean, but with small baby that puts his hands anywhere he reaches, we saw that window and door frames were dirty. Would be good to allow famillies with small kids to enter close to the hotel to unload and load the luggage. There were cars which had access.

The location is great, exactly on the beach. Nice sea view. Cars are not allowed nearby.

We booked last minute, so the price was really high and breakfast was not included. Furniture was old and the bathroom looked bad.

Location on the shore, nice shiny room with see sight, very good beach, spacious, very clean pool.

Unfortunately, it is too far from the main street of Albena.
