Love the place, the position, the view and the close proximity to everything you need. A long weekend getaway for my birthday was perfect.

I did enjoy everything about the place, but you could tell the unit was getting a little dated from wear and tear. It could use a little TLC.

booked ocean view for 28th wedding anniversary weekend and was got level 4 view of resort pool and massive trees (pics showed lovely ocean views up high). was like a 3 star

Beautifully renovated, everything we needed for a great stay.

My only thing I didn’t like was the gym opening hours, they’re quite restrictive, would prefer better access not just during office hours.

Yes great view, liked the east side of the building, front would have been as good as I’ve stayed before but when we had the west side it was too hot to sit in the afternoon. loved the pool, always plenty of chairs and great space not crammed in.

We were very happy with everything. Great location and handy to shops and restaurants. Good parking.

The location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Ocean plaza is a nice place to stay. Have stayed before in a different more modern unit. Handy for beach ,shops, and restaurants.

Unit was dated and in need of refurbishment and painting. Dishwasher was dirty.

very very Hot bedrooms ceiling fan only no AC. no tv in master bedroom no fly screens for balcony doors or windows .curtains were old and worn. Ensuite to main bedroom Tiny and it looked like it was from the 60s. room needed painting

I paid for 2x 2 bedroom apartments. The first one was lovely and clean and renovated. The second apartment was below average in cleanliness. Pulled a bed out to look for something and it was filthy with lolly wrappers and thick dust lining the carpet and walls. The shower had mould in it and the washing machine filter hadn't been cleaned in months and the dishwasher had a foul odour coming from it. The ensuite for the main bedroom also had a broken tap.

I loved our unit from the second I walked in the room. Lovely decor, nice sized rooms, stunning views of the beach. So central to everything. I didn’t need to drive the entire time. Woolworths in the same building, Timezone for the kids. And plenty of places to eat.

The only thing I would complain about, would be the bed. I found it too hard, but that’s personal preference I guess.

Wasn’t very clean on arrival and bedroom lamp broken and pieces on floor still. Bed very uncomfortable and saggy. Pillows overstuffed.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. A good communication throughout the booking process. Very convenient location with a direct access to Woolworths/shopping center. We will stay here again.

The location is superb and all amenities are at your disposal, clean and up to date. Having a lift to use always makes taking a lot of gear soooo much easier.
