Gostei bastante da educação e cordialidade dos funcionários, realmente excelente!! Todos super atenciosos e gentis.. o hotel fica dentro de um condominio fechado, o que me trouxe uma sensação de segurança para passear nos arredores.

Meu banheiro era bem sujo, tinha sujeira preta no piso e na janela do box, parecendo mofo ou que não era limpo com escova a muito tempo. O café da manha também deixou a desejar por ter sempre paes duros (parecendo velho), poucas opções e os ovos mexidos (que comi todos os dias) sempre tinham cascas de ovo. Poderiam melhorar o café da manha...

Da acomodação ,piscina excelente (poderia ser aquecida) ótimo café da manhã!

you don't actually have access to any facilities except a gym and pool shared by THE ENTIRE NEIGHBOURHOOD. Not once in a week had the pool been opened, and don't even dream about going to the gym outside of small random windows of time like 2-3PM. Room service cleans a third of the room. no actual beach shuttle when requested from front desk. You'll be stuck on what is essentially a gated neighbourhood next to a 6x6 highway.

The room keys kept having problems and constantly needed to be reset. The air-conditioning went out and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was inconvenient

- Staff was always helpful. Big thanks to the Restaurant staff and cleaning staff (Mr. Jose) for the help always with a smile! - Location is great. Safe with a good gym and options around.

- Only small point is that rooms are in need for a renovation. Sign of time and wear is becoming apparent.

Nice sized rooms, clean and comfortable. The location is great to get a boat over the lagoon to the beach. Breakfast is good with a nice range of food to choose from.

No high chairs or travel cots for young children. There is plenty of space so these would be easy things to offer and make life easier for parents. Some carpets in the corridor look a bit worn.
