the central position, the quiet, and the fridge!
the room was very little and hot. There were a coffee machine and some sugar boxex, but no cups nr spoons in the nearby.

Quiet and calm place.
The bathroom was not nice.

Very nice place, clean and quite. Very close to the city center. In general it is good place to stay for couple of days
the shower curtain stuck to the body because there was not enough space and the bathroom smelled not very good. They asked to leave the car outside near the building instead of place inside (we searched place with parking), because there was some flower works, but anyway the street is very quiet, so nothing happened.
Also there was no hair dryer and the staff woden didn't know where we can find it

all issues were solved very fast after sending message to staff (to switch on the heating).

Good communication and there was someone there to meet us on arrival. The staff were very friendly and showed us where we could do our laundry.
Would have been good to have some more supplies in the room, like a kettle to make a coffee - we had a kitchenette with stove but no pots or pans!

The room was big and clean with a balcony. Free parking was included. theres a big supermarket around the corner
There were no facilities. No sink or cutlery, coffee had to be paid for. The beds were really uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. the pillows were horrible full of holes. the cleaning lady was really unfriendly. its further than i thought from the centre.

Fridge in the corridor.
The room was super small and hardly sufficinent for one person, can't imagine 2 people being there. For the same price, I had much better accommodation in other Romanian tourist locations (e.g. Sibiu). The room and its equipment are very shabby. Rusty heating. Small shower without a curtain. And the main thing - walls are thin like a paper, so you can hear everything from the room next door. And the place is very far from the city centre - but this is not a problem cause you can take bus no.16.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic balcony, safe parking,friendly and kind staff.

There wasn't soap in the bathroom.

The room was very small, and there wasn't so much space to put your stuff. Actually the whole room is two beds and small table where you can put your things. Also its on the roof and the ceiling is lower and that makes the situation even worse.
Also we had an issue with the check-in, since it is self check-in and even we did everything right in the application we were not able to get the right credentials and the PIN from the door etc. The app seemed pretty buggy which doesn't matter that it could be the same in the future.

Communication with Pensiunea Hanna was great. We had everything we needed. We could park in the yard which is a huge bonus. We loved the look of the place and that it was quite and comfy 😊

we didnt get the room we ordered and were offered no discount. the rooms were cold in late december, no heating was running and we woke up with sore throats. beds were not that comfortable and towels were very rough
